規(guī)模化奶牛場DHI測定結(jié)果的分析研究

【摘要】:奶牛生產(chǎn)性能測定技術(shù)已經(jīng)被奶業(yè)界公認(rèn)為一項成熟而先進(jìn)的技術(shù),也叫奶牛群體改良體系,它是對奶牛乳成分和奶牛泌乳性能的測定。體細(xì)胞數(shù)是DHI分析中最重要的指標(biāo)之一,用它可以直接測量牛奶質(zhì)量和奶牛乳房健康狀況;诓煌(guī)模奶牛DHI分析結(jié)果的實驗,為了提高原料奶的質(zhì)量,降低體細(xì)胞數(shù),一個政策的基礎(chǔ)上提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本研究的目的是在分析牛場類型、品種、年份、季節(jié)、月份、胎次、日產(chǎn)奶量對奶牛乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、總固體和體細(xì)胞評分(SCS)的影響。試驗收集了37個牛場2008年~2014年245806條DHI測定數(shù)據(jù)和88946條牛只檔案記錄。通過對樣本進(jìn)行SAS8.1最小二乘方差分析和SPSS16.0性狀相關(guān)性分析,結(jié)果顯示,牛場類型效應(yīng)、品種效應(yīng)、年份效應(yīng)、月份效應(yīng)、胎次效應(yīng)以及日產(chǎn)奶量效應(yīng)分別對乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、總固體和體細(xì)胞評分均有極顯著影響(P0.01);季節(jié)效應(yīng)對乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、體細(xì)胞評分均有極顯著影響(P0.01),季節(jié)效應(yīng)對總固體無顯著影響(P0.05)。乳脂率、乳蛋白率、總固體和體細(xì)胞評分四個性狀相互之間的相關(guān)水平為正相關(guān)。乳糖率與乳脂率、乳蛋白率和體細(xì)胞評分之間的相關(guān)水平為負(fù)相關(guān)。由此可知,我們可以通過對每個月DHI測定數(shù)據(jù)的分析,加深對影響乳脂率、乳蛋白率和體細(xì)胞評分因素的認(rèn)識,及時調(diào)整飼料配方,加強飼養(yǎng)管理,提高群體產(chǎn)奶量、預(yù)防和降低乳房炎的發(fā)生,減少不必要因素對乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、總固體和體細(xì)胞評分的影響,從而減少乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、總固體和體細(xì)胞評分相互之間的影響,進(jìn)而達(dá)到提高牛奶品質(zhì)的目的。
[Abstract]:Dairy cow production performance measurement technology has been recognized as a mature and advanced technology, also known as cow group improvement system. It is the determination of milk composition and lactation performance of dairy cows, and the number of somatic cells is one of the most important indexes in DHI analysis. It can be used to directly measure milk quality and breast health status of dairy cows. Based on the results of DHI analysis of dairy cows of different sizes, in order to improve the quality of raw milk and reduce the number of somatic cells. The purpose of this study was to analyze the milk fat rate, milk protein rate and lactose rate of dairy cows by analyzing the type, variety, year, season, month, birth order and daily milk yield of dairy cattle. Total solid and somatic cell score (SCS). 245806 DHI data and 88946 cattle records were collected from 37 cattle farms from 2008 to 2014. SAS8.1 least-squares method was performed on the samples. Variance analysis and SPSS16.0 trait correlation analysis. The results showed that the dairy type effect, variety effect, year effect, month effect, birth order effect and daily milk yield effect on milk fat rate, milk protein rate and lactose rate, respectively. The scores of total solid and somatic cells were significantly affected by P0.01; The seasonal effects on milk fat percentage, milk protein rate, lactose rate and somatic cell score were significant, but the seasonal effect had no significant effect on the total solid state. The correlation level between the four traits of total solid and somatic score was positive correlation, and the correlation level between lactose rate and milk fat rate, milk protein rate and somatic cell score was negative. Through the analysis of the monthly DHI data, we can deepen the understanding of the factors affecting milk fat rate, milk protein rate and somatic cell score, adjust the feed formula in time, strengthen the feeding management, and improve the milk production of the population. To prevent and reduce the occurrence of mastitis, reduce the unnecessary factors on the milk fat rate, milk protein rate, lactose rate, total solid and somatic cell score, thereby reducing the milk fat rate, milk protein rate, lactose rate. The effect of total solid and somatic score on milk quality was achieved.
