GC法測定市售動物源性中藥材地龍、水蛭中3種氯霉素類藥物的殘留量

【摘要】:為了建立柱前衍生-GC-ECD法同時測定市售動物源性中藥材地龍、水蛭中氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟甲砜霉素3種氯霉素類抗生素殘留量的方法,樣品經(jīng)乙酸乙酯超聲提取,旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸干后,提取物溶于4%氯化鈉溶液,經(jīng)正己烷去脂,液液分配凈化。再加BSTFA-TMCS衍生化反應后氮氣吹干,正己烷定容進樣分析,外標法定量。結(jié)果表明,氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素在0.1~20μg/L范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)r~2≥0.9989;空白樣品加標實驗表明,氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素在1、5、10μg/kg這3個添加水平下的回收率為62.9%~100.8%,RSD16%,其檢出限分別為0.05、0.1、0.1μg/kg。該方法簡便快捷,準確度和精密度高,適用于地龍、水蛭中氯霉素類藥物的殘留測定。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol, sulfoxamphenicol, fluramphenicol, chloramphenicol and fluramphenicol residues in Chinese medicinal materials of animal origin by pre-column derivatization (GC-ECD). The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate ultrasonic, then rotated and evaporated, the extract was dissolved in 4% sodium chloride solution, then degreased by n-hexane, purified by liquid distribution, and then dried by nitrogen after BSTFA-TMCS derivatization.
