【摘要】：本文分五個部分,第一章為緒論,主要介紹本文的選題背景,研究意義,研究目標(biāo),研究方法及技術(shù)路線。第二章介紹吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀,包括吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖中小企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀和吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖龍頭企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀。第三章介紹吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖管理中存在的問題,當(dāng)前吉林省肉雞企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)小規(guī)模、大群體的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在養(yǎng)殖管理過程中存在很多影響吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的問題,部分企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全問題日益嚴(yán)峻,質(zhì)量安全體系有待完善,動物防疫監(jiān)督體系不完善,衛(wèi)生防疫工作有待完善,肉雞養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)社會化服務(wù)體系不健全,社會化服務(wù)體系投入不足,發(fā)展社會環(huán)境差,肉雞養(yǎng)殖市場信息系統(tǒng)有待健全,信息交流和信息服務(wù)需加強(qiáng),肉雞養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)市場、信息系統(tǒng)亟待建立、健全、完善,產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)力不強(qiáng)、創(chuàng)新水平差,產(chǎn)品不具有質(zhì)量和特色優(yōu)勢,管理基礎(chǔ)薄弱,肉雞飼養(yǎng)管理結(jié)構(gòu)需要優(yōu)化,大多數(shù)企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)水平低,企業(yè)產(chǎn)品深加工鏈條短,小規(guī)模、大群體的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不利于肉雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,龍頭企業(yè)數(shù)量有待增加,企業(yè)和政府應(yīng)加強(qiáng)環(huán)境保護(hù)力度,亟需加強(qiáng)環(huán)境保護(hù)措施。第四章主要針對吉林省肉雞企業(yè)存在的問題,提出解決吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖管理問題的對策建議,首先企業(yè)要堅持安全質(zhì)量生產(chǎn)、加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量檢測力度,注重質(zhì)量安全,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)和防疫衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督體系建設(shè),完善衛(wèi)生防疫設(shè)備、優(yōu)化檢驗(yàn)人員,建立健全肉雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的社會化服務(wù)體系,完善企業(yè)社會化服務(wù),完善政府監(jiān)督管理機(jī)制,營造良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,建立、健全肉雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)市場、信息系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),準(zhǔn)確定位生產(chǎn)方向,加強(qiáng)服務(wù)組織的信息服務(wù)和企業(yè)管理者之間的信息交流,引進(jìn)先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù)和設(shè)備,提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)力,提高科技含量,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和特色優(yōu)勢,優(yōu)化商品肉雞飼養(yǎng)管理結(jié)構(gòu),突出加工環(huán)節(jié),進(jìn)一步探索、完善企業(yè)管理機(jī)制,培養(yǎng)人才,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè),發(fā)展龍頭企業(yè),進(jìn)行環(huán)境保護(hù),走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,企業(yè)和政府加大環(huán)境保護(hù)力度,走生態(tài)可持續(xù)養(yǎng)殖發(fā)展道路。第五章對本文的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出展望。通過解決吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)目前存在的問題,可以促進(jìn)吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,促使吉林省肉雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)產(chǎn)生良好的市場績效。
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into five parts, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of this paper, research significance, research objectives, research methods and technical routes. The second chapter introduces the status quo of chicken management in Jilin Province. The third chapter introduces the existing problems in the management of chicken breeding in Jilin Province, the present situation of small scale chicken enterprises in Jilin Province. There are many problems that affect the rapid development of chicken breeding enterprises in Jilin Province in the process of management of large groups. The quality and safety problems of some enterprises are becoming more and more serious and the quality safety system needs to be improved. The surveillance system of animal epidemic prevention is not perfect, the health and epidemic prevention work needs to be improved, the social service system of broiler breeding enterprises is not perfect, the investment of social service system is insufficient, and the development of social environment is poor. The information system of broiler breeding market needs to be improved, information exchange and information service need to be strengthened. The information system of broiler breeding enterprises needs to be established, perfect and perfect. The strength of industrial technological innovation is not strong and the level of innovation is poor. The product does not have the quality and the characteristic superiority, the management foundation is weak, the broiler raises the management structure to need to optimize, the majority enterprise industry technology level is low, the enterprise product deep processing chain is short, the small scale. The industrial structure of large groups is not conducive to the long-term development of broiler breeding, leading enterprises need to increase the number of enterprises and governments should strengthen environmental protection. It is urgent to strengthen the environmental protection measures. Chapter 4th mainly aimed at the problems of Jilin Province broiler enterprises put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of chicken breeding management in Jilin Province. First enterprises should adhere to the safety and quality of production. We should strengthen quality inspection, pay attention to quality and safety, strengthen the construction of quality standard system and health supervision system for epidemic prevention, improve sanitary and epidemic prevention equipment, and optimize inspectors. Establish and perfect the social service system of broiler breeding, perfect the socialized service of enterprises, perfect the mechanism of government supervision and management, create a good development environment, establish and perfect the market and information system of broiler breeding. Strengthen the construction of information network, accurately locate the direction of production, strengthen the information service of service organizations and information exchange between enterprise managers, introduce advanced science and technology and equipment, enhance the strength of technological innovation. To improve the scientific and technological content, improve the quality of products and advantages of characteristics, optimize the management structure of commercial broilers, highlight the processing links, further explore and improve the management mechanism of enterprises, train talents, and strengthen the construction of corporate culture. The development of leading enterprises, environmental protection, sustainable development of the road, enterprises and governments to strengthen environmental protection, take the path of ecological sustainable aquaculture development. 5th chapter summarizes the study of this paper. By solving the existing problems of the chicken breeding in Jilin Province, it can promote the long-term development of the broiler breeding industry in Jilin Province, and promote the good market performance of the broiler breeding industry in Jilin Province.
