兩種復合植物提取物對斷奶仔豬生產(chǎn)性能、血液生化及抗氧化功能的影響

【摘要】:由于耐藥性與殘留問題,歐洲各國從上世紀九十年代開始逐漸禁止抗生素作為生長促進劑添加到畜禽飼糧中。在此背景下,植物提取物被認為是極具有潛能的抗生素生長促進劑的替代品。本研究通過體外試驗探討兩種復合植物提取Fresta-F和Aromex-ME的體外抗氧化能力和在斷奶仔豬日糧中分別添加 Fresta-F和Aromex-ME,探討其對斷奶仔豬生產(chǎn)性能、血液生化指標、血清抗氧化指標的影響,為植物提取物在動物生產(chǎn)中的應用提供試驗依據(jù)。本文共包括三個試驗:試驗一,研究兩種復合植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME對斷奶仔豬生產(chǎn)性能和飼料養(yǎng)分利用率的影響。本試驗選擇胎次、體重接近以及遺傳基礎一致,公母各半的180頭,24日齡(杜×長×大)斷奶仔豬為試驗對象,隨機分為3組,每組再隨機分6個重復(每個重復10頭,公母各半)。對照組飼喂基礎日糧,兩個試驗組在基礎日糧的基礎上分別添加250mg/kg的Fresta-F和100mg/kg的Aromex-ME。試驗期40天。試驗結(jié)果表明:(1)實驗結(jié)束時,兩個試驗組的料重比較對照組分別降低13.13%(P0.05)和9.38%(P0.05);平均日增重較對照組分別提高12.21%(P0.05)和10.78%(P0.05)。(2)兩種植物提取物顯著提高了日糧中干物質(zhì)利用率(P0.05)和粗蛋白利用率(P0.05)。(3)兩種植物提取物對斷奶仔豬的腹瀉率和死亡率均沒有顯著影響(P0.05)。試驗二,研究兩種復合植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME對斷奶仔豬血液生化和血清脂代謝的影響。試驗分組和試驗期限同試驗一。試驗結(jié)果表明:(1)試驗中期(44d)時,植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME能顯著降低血清中TP含量,下降幅度分別達到19.27%(P0.05)和17.13%(P0.05),同時Aromex-ME能顯著降低血清中UN的含量,下降幅度達25.06%(P0.05)。但在試驗中期和后期,對血液生化其他的指標均無顯著影響(P0.05)。(2)植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME能顯著降低試驗中期(44d)、試驗結(jié)束時(64d)時仔豬血清中TC含量。試驗結(jié)束時(64d),兩個試驗組的HDL-C均顯著上升,上升幅度分別為23.29%(P0.05)和26.03%(P0.05),同時植物提取物Fresta-F組的LDL-C含量顯著下降,下降幅度達到33.57%(P0.05)。試驗三,研究兩種復合植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME對斷奶仔豬血清抗氧化指標的影響和其體外抗氧化能力。體外抗氧化能力測試包括對DPPH和ABTS自由基清除作用以及其總抗氧化能力評價(FRAP)。試驗結(jié)果表明:兩種復合植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME對試驗中期(44d)血清總抗氧化能力、丙二醛水平、超氧化物歧化酶活性具有明顯的改善作用(P0.05),但對于試驗后期(64d),改善作用不顯著(P0.05);兩種復合植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME具有一定的清除自由基能力和還原力,但都低于BHT。綜上所述,植物提取物Fresta-F和Aromex-ME可以提高斷奶仔豬的生產(chǎn)性能、降低血脂以及改善早期斷奶仔豬的血清抗氧化能力。
[Abstract]:Due to drug resistance and residual problems, European countries have gradually banned antibiotics as growth promoters in livestock and poultry diets since -10s. Plant extracts are considered to be the most potent substitutes for antibiotic growth promoters. In this study, the in vitro oxygen resistance of Fresta-F and Aromex-ME extracted from two complex plants was investigated in vitro. Chemical ability and supplementation in weaning piglets' diets. Fresta-F and Aromex-ME. In order to provide experimental basis for the application of plant extract in animal production, the effects on weaning piglets' production performance, blood biochemical index and serum antioxidant index were studied. The effects of two compound plant extracts (Fresta-F and Aromex-ME) on the performance and feed nutrient utilization of weaned piglets were studied. The body weight was close and the genetic basis was the same. 180 weaned piglets of 24 days old (du 脳 long 脳 big) were randomly divided into 3 groups and each group was randomly divided into 6 replicates (10 replicates each). The control group was fed with basal diet. The two groups were supplemented with 250 mg / kg Fresta-F and 100 mg / kg Aromex-ME.The trial period was 40 days. 1) at the end of the experiment. Compared with the control group, the feed weight of the two groups was decreased by 13.13% (P 0.05) and 9.38% (P 0.05) respectively. Compared with the control group, the average daily gain increased by 12.21% (P 0.05) and 10.78% (P 0.05), respectively. P0.05) and crude protein utilization ratio (P0.05) were not significantly affected by two plant extracts on diarrhea rate and mortality of weaned piglets. Experiment 2. The effects of two compound plant extracts Fresta-F and Aromex-ME on blood biochemistry and serum lipid metabolism in weaned piglets were studied. 1) the middle period of the test was 44 days. Plant extract Fresta-F and Aromex-ME could significantly reduce the content of TP in serum. The decrease was as high as 19.27% (P 0.05) and 17.13% P 0.05 (P 0.05), respectively. Meanwhile, Aromex-ME could significantly reduce the content of UN in serum. The decrease was up to 25.06% (P 0.05), but in the middle and late stages of the experiment. There was no significant effect on other biochemical indexes of blood (P0.05. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 2) Fresta-F and Aromex-ME of plant extracts decreased significantly in the middle period of the experiment for 44 days). At the end of the experiment, the serum TC content of the piglets and the HDL-C of the two groups increased significantly at the end of the experiment. The rising ranges were 23.29m (P 0.05) and 26.03g (P 0.05), respectively. Meanwhile, the LDL-C content in the Fresta-F group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The range of decrease was 33.57% (P 0.05). Experiment 3. To study the effects of two compound plant extracts Fresta-F and Aromex-ME on serum antioxidant indexes of weaned piglets and their antioxidant capacity in vitro. The in vitro antioxidant capacity test included DPPH. And ABTS free radical scavenging effect and its total antioxidant ability (. The results showed that Fresta-F and Aromex-ME, two kinds of compound plant extracts, had total antioxidation capacity in serum for 44 days in the middle of the experiment. The level of malondialdehyde and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly improved by P0.05A, but not by P0.05N in the late stage of the experiment. The two compound plant extracts Fresta-F and Aromex-ME had the ability of scavenging free radical and reducing ability to some extent, but both were lower than that of BHT. to sum up. The plant extracts Fresta-F and Aromex-ME could improve the performance of weaning piglets, reduce blood lipid and improve the antioxidation ability of early weaning piglets.
