【摘要】：正養(yǎng)殖環(huán)保形勢。近年來全面打響農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染防治攻堅戰(zhàn),統(tǒng)籌考慮環(huán)境承載力及畜禽養(yǎng)殖污染防治要求,按照農(nóng)牧結(jié)合、種養(yǎng)平衡的原則,推廣有機肥還田利用,促進(jìn)農(nóng)牧循環(huán)發(fā)展。農(nóng)業(yè)部堅持減量增效,實施化肥農(nóng)藥零增長行動。談到環(huán)保政策,很多人會聯(lián)想到"禁養(yǎng)區(qū)""豬拆遷""禁豬令""最強環(huán)保法"等等,認(rèn)為環(huán)保政策影響到或阻礙了養(yǎng)殖的發(fā)展等消極的想法。其實不然,我們要積極看到環(huán)保政策是促進(jìn)畜牧業(yè)持續(xù)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control battle, overall consideration of environmental carrying capacity and livestock and poultry pollution prevention and control requirements, in accordance with the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry, the principle of balanced planting and raising. The Ministry of Agriculture insists on reducing and increasing efficiency and implementing zero growth of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Many people will think of "no-raising areas", "pig demolition", "pig ban", "strongest environmental protection law" and so on. They think that environmental protection policies have affected or hindered the development of aquaculture, and so on. But this is not the case. We should actively see that the environmental protection policy is to promote the sustainability of animal husbandry
