【摘要】:本研究旨在比較飼糧不同粗蛋白質(zhì)(CP)水平對育肥羔羊小腸氨基酸(AA)流量及吸收率的影響。選用體重(30.0±3.7)kg,安裝有瘤胃、十二指腸近端和回腸末端瘺管的3只哈薩克羊公羔為試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,采用3×3拉丁方試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),各處理飼糧CP水平分別為11.00%、12.00%和13.00%;預(yù)試期10 d,正試期10 d。采用鐿錒(Yb-Ac)、鋰鉻乙二胺四乙酸(Li Cr-EDTA)分別作為消化道固相和液相食糜標(biāo)記物測定小腸食糜流量。結(jié)果表明:提高飼糧CP水平可增加羔羊氮進(jìn)食量、表觀消化率和氮沉積,13.00%CP處理顯著高于11.00%CP處理(P0.05),并有增加飼糧干物質(zhì)(DM)、有機(jī)物(OM)和中性洗滌纖維(NDF)表觀消化率的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),但不影響酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的表觀消化率(P0.05)。提高飼糧CP水平雖然對小腸真食糜流量及氨基酸吸收率無顯著性影響(P0.05),但十二指腸氮、總氨基酸(TAA)流量以及必需氨基酸(EAA)中精氨酸(Arg)、組氨酸(His)和賴氨酸(Lys)的吸收率在數(shù)值上有所增加。結(jié)果顯示,提高飼糧CP水平有提高消化率、小腸食糜流量及氨基酸吸收率的潛在趨勢。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of dietary crude protein (CPP) levels on the small intestinal amino acid (AA) flow and absorption rate of fattening lambs. Three Kazak male lambs with proximal duodenum and ileal end fistula were used as experimental animals. The CP levels of each diet were 11.00%, respectively, in a 3 脳 3 Latin square design. 12.00% and 13.00; Ytterbium Actinide Yb-Actinide was used in the pre-test period of 10 days and in the current period of 10 days. Lithium-chromium ethylenediamine tetraacetate LiCr-EDTAwas used as a solid and liquid phase marker for the determination of intestinal chyme flow. The results showed that increasing dietary CP level could increase the nitrogen intake of lambs. Apparent digestibility and nitrogen deposition of 13.00% CP were significantly higher than that of 11.00 CP treatment (P0.05N), and increased dietary dry matter (DMM).
