【摘要】：為探明2014年廣西豬群主要疫病的感染情況,本研究從發(fā)病豬場和屠宰場采集豬組織樣品共325份,應用RT-PCR方法檢測豬瘟病毒(CSFV)、豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒(PRRSV)、豬流行性腹瀉病毒(PEDV),并應用PCR方法檢測豬圓環(huán)病毒2型(PCV2)和豬偽狂犬病病毒(PRV)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),發(fā)病豬場中,這5種病毒感染率分別為12.00%、28.57%、19.43%、53.71%和9.71%,而屠宰場的感染率分別為5.33%、2.67%、5.33%、59.33%和11.33%。對豬群混合感染情況分析發(fā)現(xiàn),PCV2和其他病原的混合感染率最高。其中,發(fā)病豬場二重感染最高的為PRRSV+PCV2,達到11.43%,其次為PEDV+PCV2、CSFV+PCV2和PCV2+PRV,陽性率分別為5.71%、4.00%和4.00%;三重感染率最高的為PRRSV+PEDV+PCV2以及PRRSV+PCV2+PRV,陽性率均為2.29%。屠宰場二重感染最高的是PCV2+PRV,達到3.33%;三重感染最高的是CSFV+PCV2+PRV,陽性率為0.67%。結(jié)果表明,在發(fā)病豬場和屠宰場中,PCV2的感染率最高,且常與其他病原發(fā)生混合感染,PRV感染率呈上升趨勢,加強對這2種病毒的監(jiān)控對控制廣西地區(qū)豬群發(fā)病具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the infection of the main epidemic disease in Guangxi pig herd in 2014, a total of 325 samples were collected from the infected pig farm and slaughterhouse, and CSFV was detected by RT-PCR method. Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSVV), porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDVV). The PCR method was used to detect porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and porcine pseudorabies virus (PRV). The results showed that the infection rates of the five viruses were 12.00% in the infected pig farms. The infection rate in abattoir was 5.33% and 2.67%, respectively. 59.33% and 11.33.The mixed infection rate of PCV2 and other pathogens was the highest. The highest secondary infection was PRRSV PCV2 (11.43), followed by PEDV PCV2CSFV PCV2 and PCV2 PRV. The positive rates were 5.71% and 4.00%, respectively. The triple infection rate was highest in PRRSV PEDV PCV2 and PRRSV PCV2 PRV. The positive rates were 2.29.The PCV2 PRV was the highest in abattoir and reached 3.33. The results showed that the infection rate of CSFV PCV2 was the highest in the infected pig farms and slaughterhouses, and the positive rate was 0.67. The results showed that the infection rate of PCV2 was the highest in the infected pig farms and slaughterhouses. The infection rate of PRV with other pathogens is on the rise. It is very important to strengthen the surveillance of these two viruses to control the incidence of swine population in Guangxi.
