【摘要】：為明確內(nèi)生真菌對(duì)醉馬草根際土壤線蟲群落特征的影響,于2014年6,8和10月,對(duì)帶內(nèi)生真菌和不帶內(nèi)生真菌醉馬草根際土壤進(jìn)行采樣,利用淘洗-過篩-蔗糖離心法分離線蟲,根據(jù)線蟲形態(tài)學(xué)特征進(jìn)行鑒定,結(jié)果表明,本研究共捕獲土壤線蟲11889條,分別隸屬于線蟲動(dòng)物門2綱6目22科37屬,帶內(nèi)生真菌醉馬草根際土壤線蟲個(gè)體密度高于不帶內(nèi)生真菌醉馬草,而類群數(shù)、多樣性指數(shù)(H′)、均勻度指數(shù)(J)和豐富度指數(shù)(SR)均低于不帶內(nèi)生真菌醉馬草,但處理間差異不顯著,表明盡管內(nèi)生真菌使醉馬草根際土壤線蟲個(gè)體密度有所增加,使類群數(shù)有所降低,但是內(nèi)生真菌的存在對(duì)醉馬草土壤線蟲多樣性沒有影響;與不帶內(nèi)生真菌醉馬草相比,帶內(nèi)生真菌醉馬草根際土壤線蟲MI指數(shù)顯著升高,而PPI指數(shù)和PPI/MI值顯著降低,表明內(nèi)生真菌在一定程度上確實(shí)改變了土壤線蟲功能類群組成,其中主要影響植物寄生線蟲。
[Abstract]:Specific effects of Endophytic Fungi on characteristics of soil nematode communities in the rhizosphere of drunk horse, in 2014 6,8 and October, the endophytic fungi and endophytic fungi in rhizosphere soil were sampled in drunk horse, the washing - sieving - sucrose centrifugation separation of nematodes, according to morphological characteristics of nematodes were identified. The results showed that in this study, 11889 soil nematodes were captured, which belong to 2 classes, 6 animal nematodes belonging to 22 families and 37 genera, with endophytic fungi in rhizosphere soil nematodes drunk horse density is higher than that of not endophytic fungi and the number of groups, a.inebrians, diversity index (H '), evenness index (J) and the richness index (SR) were lower than those without the endophytic fungi of Achnatherum inebrians, but not significant difference among treatments, showed that although the endophytic fungi make drunk horse grass rhizosphere soil nematodes individual density increased, the number of groups decreased, the existence of drunken horse grass but soil nematode diversity of Endophytic Fungi No effect; compared with the non endophytic fungi of Achnatherum inebrians, endophytic fungi in rhizosphere soil nematode drunk horse MI index was significantly increased, while the PPI index and PPI/MI value decreased significantly, showed that endophytic fungi in a certain extent changed the composition of functional groups of soil nematodes, which mainly affects plant parasitic nematodes.
