【摘要】：頂崗實(shí)習(xí)是校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的重要環(huán)節(jié),是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的關(guān)鍵。通過(guò)對(duì)我院畜牧類專業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,為提高頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的實(shí)效性,全面提升農(nóng)林高職院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,我院從建立多類型的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)基地,實(shí)施適應(yīng)各專業(yè)特點(diǎn)的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)模式以及構(gòu)建頂崗實(shí)習(xí)信息化的管理平臺(tái)等方面進(jìn)行了探索與實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The internship is an important part of the cooperation between school and enterprise and the training model of the talents. It is the key to train the students' professional ability. Through the analysis of the present situation of animal husbandry practice in our hospital professional post, in order to improve the effectiveness of the post practice, to enhance the talent training quality of Higher Vocational Colleges of agriculture and forestry, in our hospital from the establishment of various types of internship base, adapt to the characteristics of the professional implementation of internship internship mode and the construction of information management platform and other aspects of the exploration and practice.
