【摘要】：正近日,北京大學血液病研究所黃曉軍教授在國際血液學領域的頂級學術期刊《Blood》發(fā)表關于"單倍型造血干細胞移植供者優(yōu)化選擇"的研究論文。該成果發(fā)現(xiàn)了單倍型移植供者的"優(yōu)化選擇法則",可有效降低移植合并癥發(fā)病率,提高患者生存率。據(jù)了解,異基因造血干細胞移植(Allo-HSCT)是治愈血液病最有效方法,由于免疫屏障的存在,長期僅限于人類白細胞抗原(HLA)相合的情況下進行:但同胞(兄弟姐妹)間僅25%HLA相合幾率,隨著我國獨生子女家庭成為主流,同胞相合供者日漸匱乏;而中華骨髓庫等非血緣供者庫捐
