【摘要】：脂質(zhì)體作為一種重要的非病毒基因載體,在核酸和藥物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)方面有著巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì)和潛力。近年來脂質(zhì)體基因載體的研究基礎(chǔ)上,主要介紹了脂質(zhì)體-聚陽離子-DNA復(fù)合載體(LPD)和脂質(zhì)體-磷酸鈣納米粒子復(fù)合載體(LCP)兩種核-殼型脂質(zhì)體基因載體,展望了核-殼型脂質(zhì)體基因載體的發(fā)展方向及其在基因治療領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:As an important non-viral gene vector, liposomes have great advantages and potential in nucleic acid and drug transport. Based on the research of liposome gene vectors in recent years, two kinds of core-shell liposome gene carriers, liposome polycationic DNA complex carrier (LPD) and liposome calcium phosphate nanoparticles composite carrier (LCP), are introduced. The development trend of nucleocapsid liposome gene vector and its application in gene therapy are prospected.
