【摘要】：面神經(jīng)作為骨管內(nèi)走行最長(zhǎng)的周圍神經(jīng),因其解剖位置的特殊性,容易受到炎癥、創(chuàng)傷、腫瘤及手術(shù)等因素的影響,并導(dǎo)致不同程度的損傷。然而,其再生也是一個(gè)極其復(fù)雜的過程,且功能恢復(fù)往往不盡如人意。面神經(jīng)麻痹表現(xiàn)為面癱,不僅影響患者容貌、表情、飲食、社交等,還給患者帶來心理負(fù)擔(dān)。周圍神經(jīng)再生以外生的方式生長(zhǎng),其前提是有存活的神經(jīng)元胞體,并有適宜的微環(huán)境。在面神經(jīng)損傷再生的過程中,信號(hào)分子的參與起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:As the longest peripheral nerve in bone canal, facial nerve is easy to be affected by inflammation, trauma, tumor and surgery because of the particularity of its anatomical position. However, regeneration is also an extremely complex process, and functional recovery is often unsatisfactory. Facial paralysis is characterized by facial paralysis, which not only affects the patient's appearance, expression, diet, social intercourse, but also brings psychological burden to the patient. The premise of exogenous growth of peripheral nerve is that there is a living neuron body and a suitable microenvironment. Signal molecules play an important role in the regeneration of facial nerve injury.
