心理控制源、自尊、人格及應(yīng)對(duì)方式與醫(yī)學(xué)新生心理健康關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】: 目的:本研究旨在了解醫(yī)學(xué)新生的心理健康狀況,根據(jù)其類型和特征以尋求分類輔導(dǎo)教育的原則和途徑;探討心理控制源、自尊、人格及應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)心理健康的影響,建立影響醫(yī)學(xué)新生心理健康的路徑模型。 方法:整群抽樣醫(yī)學(xué)新生700人,采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)測(cè)驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)新生的心理健康狀況,包括軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、焦慮、敵對(duì)、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性等;采用內(nèi)控性、有勢(shì)力的他人及機(jī)遇量表(IPC)測(cè)驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)新生的歸因方式,包括內(nèi)部歸因和外部歸因;采用自尊量表(SES)測(cè)驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)新生的自尊水平;采用十六種個(gè)性因素問(wèn)卷(16PF)測(cè)驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)新生的人格特征;采用簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷(SCSQ)測(cè)驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)新生的應(yīng)付方式,包括積極應(yīng)對(duì)和消極應(yīng)對(duì)兩方面。用SPSS11.5錄入和統(tǒng)計(jì)所有數(shù)據(jù)。 結(jié)論:通過(guò)篩查,總體上醫(yī)學(xué)新生心理健康狀況良好,但學(xué)生的心理問(wèn)題還是存在,主要體現(xiàn)在人際關(guān)系敏感、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、抑郁和偏執(zhí)等問(wèn)題;醫(yī)學(xué)新生心理健康普遍狀況劣于2003年對(duì)全校學(xué)生的研究結(jié)果,體現(xiàn)在人際關(guān)系敏感、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、偏執(zhí)、焦慮、恐怖等高于2003年的研究結(jié)果;而優(yōu)于甘肅其它高校,主要體現(xiàn)在敵對(duì)、偏執(zhí)、抑郁、恐怖等低于甘肅其它高校同類研究結(jié)果;但高于全國(guó)青年常模;醫(yī)學(xué)新生心理健康狀況在男女性別差異僅體現(xiàn)在敵對(duì)、恐怖因子方面;醫(yī)學(xué)新生心理健康狀況在來(lái)源地農(nóng)村和城市差異顯著,體現(xiàn)在人際關(guān)系、抑郁、焦慮、精神病性差異極明顯,農(nóng)村明顯高于城市,心理健康狀況總體低于城市學(xué)生;醫(yī)學(xué)新生中獨(dú)生子女心理健康狀況優(yōu)于非獨(dú)生子女,體現(xiàn)在精神病性、恐怖、抑郁、焦慮等因子,,獨(dú)生子女明顯低于非獨(dú)生子女,兩者主要問(wèn)題都表現(xiàn)在強(qiáng)迫、人際敏感、偏執(zhí)等心理問(wèn)題;心理控制源和自尊作為核心自我評(píng)價(jià)中兩個(gè)主要的基本因素,對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)新生心里健康狀況有很好的預(yù)測(cè)作用,聚類分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),兩類學(xué)生心理健康水平,人格和應(yīng)對(duì)方式水平都有顯著差異,根據(jù)其類型及特征,進(jìn)行分類輔導(dǎo)和教育。醫(yī)學(xué)新生人格特點(diǎn)對(duì)心理健康有直接影響作用,同時(shí)人格特點(diǎn)通過(guò)影響學(xué)生的控制感、自尊水平間接影響心理健康,所以人格特點(diǎn)既是影響心理健康的直接因素,又是間接因素,是影響心理健康水平的主要因素;進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明心里控制源、自尊作為心理健康的中介因素,能很好預(yù)測(cè)醫(yī)學(xué)新生的心理健康狀況。醫(yī)學(xué)新生的積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式是影響心理健康水平的一個(gè)直接因素;醫(yī)學(xué)新生的自尊水平是其人格特點(diǎn)、控制感特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)對(duì)方式特點(diǎn)影響心理健康的中介因素,所以自尊水平是影響心理健康的核心因素。本課題成果對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)新生乃至大學(xué)生心理健康的研究、心理衛(wèi)生干預(yù)、學(xué)校心理咨詢、臨床心理測(cè)驗(yàn)與治療都具有理論指導(dǎo)意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to understand the mental health status of medical freshmen, to explore the principles and approaches of classified counseling education according to their types and characteristics, and to explore the effects of locus of control, self-esteem, personality and coping style on mental health. To establish a path model that affects the mental health of medical freshmen. Methods: the mental health status of medical freshmen was tested with symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), including somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation, psychosis and so on. The internal control, influential others and opportunity scale (IPC) was used to test the attribution style of medical freshmen, including internal attribution and external attribution, self-esteem scale (SES) was used to test the self-esteem level of medical freshmen. Sixteen personality factors questionnaire (16PF) was used to test the personality characteristics of medical freshmen, and a simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) was used to test the coping styles of medical freshmen, including positive coping and negative coping. All data were recorded and counted with SPSS 11.5. Conclusion: through screening, the mental health of medical freshmen is good, but the psychological problems of students still exist, mainly reflected in interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive compulsive symptoms, depression and paranoid ideation. The general state of mental health of medical freshmen was worse than that of the whole school in 2003, which was reflected in interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive compulsion, paranoid ideation, anxiety, phobia and so on, which were higher than those of other universities in Gansu province. It is mainly reflected in hostility, paranoid ideation, depression and phobia, which are lower than those in other colleges and universities in Gansu Province, but higher than the national youth norm; the mental health status of medical freshmen is only reflected in hostility and phobic factors in the gender difference between men and women. The mental health status of medical freshmen was significantly different in the rural and urban areas of origin. The differences in interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety and psychosis were very significant, the rural areas were obviously higher than those in the cities, and the mental health status was lower than that of the urban students. The mental health status of the only child in medical freshmen is better than that of the non-only child, which is reflected in the factors of psychosis, phobia, depression, anxiety and so on. The only child is obviously lower than the non-only child. The two main problems are obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, etc. Psychological problems, such as paranoid ideation, locus of control and self-esteem, as two main factors in core self-evaluation, have a good predictive effect on the mental health status of medical freshmen. Cluster analysis shows that the mental health level of the two groups of students is very good. There are significant differences in personality and coping style levels, according to their types and characteristics, classified counseling and education. The personality characteristics of medical freshmen have a direct effect on mental health. Meanwhile, personality characteristics affect mental health indirectly by influencing students' sense of control and self-esteem level, so personality characteristics are not only the direct factors that affect mental health. It is also an indirect factor, which is the main factor affecting the level of mental health, and further explains that the source of psychological control and self-esteem, as the intermediary factors of mental health, can well predict the mental health status of the medical freshmen. The positive coping style of the medical freshmen is a direct factor that influences the mental health level, the self-esteem level of the medical freshmen is the intermediary factor of their personality, control and coping style. Therefore, the level of self-esteem is the core factor affecting mental health. The research on mental health of medical freshmen and even college students, mental health intervention, school psychological counseling, clinical psychological test and treatment are of theoretical significance and practical application value.
