【摘要】：目的:通過隨機(jī)對照實(shí)驗(yàn),觀察腹針療法對膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎動物模型血清腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)及白細(xì)胞介素-1(IL-1)水平的影響。方法:采用Hulth造模法,建立膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎家兔模型,隨機(jī)分為2組。腹針組予以腹針治療,對照組予以自由喂養(yǎng),分別于造模前后,及治療后在兔耳緣靜脈抽取靜脈全血,以ELISA定量法測出TNF-α及IL-1的含量,觀察其變化情況。結(jié)果:造模成功后,血清TNF-α及IL-1含量均升高,與造模前比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05);治療前后血清TNF-α及IL-1含量比較,腹針組治療后低于治療前,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05);對照組治療后高于治療前,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:腹針療法可以降低膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎模型動物血清TNF-α及IL-1水平,從而保護(hù)關(guān)節(jié)軟骨,改善骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的癥狀,這可能是腹針治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的作用機(jī)理或靶點(diǎn)之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effects of abdominal acupuncture on serum tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels in knee osteoarthritis (OA) rats. Methods: the rabbit model of knee osteoarthritis was established by Hulth method. The abdominal acupuncture group was treated with abdominal acupuncture, the control group was fed freely, and the whole vein blood was extracted from the rabbit auricular vein before and after the model making and after treatment. The contents of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 were measured by Elisa quantitative method, and the changes of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 were observed. Results: the levels of serum TNF- 偽 and IL-1 increased significantly after the successful modeling (P0.05), the levels of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 before and after treatment in abdominal acupuncture group were lower than those before and after treatment, and the levels of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 in abdominal acupuncture group were lower than those before and after treatment (P0.05). The difference was significant (P0.05), the control group after treatment was higher than that before treatment, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: abdominal acupuncture therapy can reduce the levels of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 in the serum of knee osteoarthritis model animals, so as to protect articular cartilage and improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis, which may be one of the mechanisms or targets of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
