【摘要】： 目的：檢測重癥肌無力(myasthenia gravis，MG)患者治療前后的血清乙酰膽堿受體抗體(acetylcholine receptor antibodies，AchR-Ab)，了解MG患者血清AchR-Ab含量與MG的之間關(guān)系。方法：采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA)法分別對(duì)56例MG患者治療前后的血清AchR-Ab進(jìn)行了檢測。結(jié)果：MG患者治療前后的血清AchR-Ab陽性率46.4％。合并胸腺瘤的MG患者(MG with thymoma，MGT)血清AchR-Ab陽性率為85.7％，胸腺正常者的MG(MG with non-thymoma，n-MGT)的陽性率為40.8％，眼肌型MG患者血清AchR-Ab陽性率為21.4％，Ⅱ型MG患者的陽性率為52.6％，Ⅲ型MG患者的陽性率為75.0％。結(jié)論：MG患者發(fā)病年齡越大，其患者體內(nèi)的AchR-Ab陽性率越高。MG患者患病時(shí)間越長，其患者體內(nèi)AchR-Ab含量降低。MGT患者血清AchR-Ab陽性率明顯高于n-MGT患者。臨床分型越高，，患者血清AchR-Ab陽性率越高，其中Ⅲ型明顯高于眼肌型。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the serum acetylcholine receptor antibody (acetylcholine receptor antibodiesl AchR-Ab) before and after treatment in patients with myasthenia gravis (myasthenia gravis MG), and to investigate the relationship between serum AchR-Ab and MG in patients with MG. Methods: the serum AchR-Ab of 56 patients with MG before and after treatment was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results the positive rate of serum AchR-Ab before and after treatment was 46.4%. The positive rate of serum AchR-Ab was 85.7 in MG with thymoma MGT, 40.8 in MG with non-thymoma n-MGT, 21.441 in ocular MG, 52.6 in type 鈪
