【摘要】：目的探討先天性人巨細(xì)胞病毒(HCMV)感染對(duì)乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗免疫效果的影響。方法孕鼠腹腔注射HCMV懸液,以其子鼠為先天性HCMV感染模型,以健康大鼠的子鼠作為對(duì)照組。各組子鼠分別于生后1、3、5周接種乙肝疫苗,并于3、5、7、11周心臟采血,應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫分析法檢測(cè)各組子鼠血清乙肝表面抗體(HBsAb)滴度。結(jié)果隨接種次數(shù)增加,兩組子鼠血清HBsAb滴度均呈逐漸增加趨勢(shì),接種完成后隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)又有不同程度下降,兩組子鼠血清HBsAb滴度隨時(shí)間變化的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.001)。在各個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)(3、5、7、11周),先天性HCMV感染組子鼠的血清HBsAb滴度均低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.01)。結(jié)論先天性HCMV感染可減弱乙肝疫苗免疫效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of congenital human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection on hepatitis B vaccine. Methods pregnant rats were injected with HCMV suspension intraperitoneally, and their offspring were used as the model of congenital HCMV infection, and the healthy rats were used as the control group. The offspring of each group were inoculated with hepatitis B vaccine at 1 day and 3 weeks after birth, and their heart blood was collected at 7 and 11 weeks after birth. Elisa was used to detect the serum HBsAg Ab titer of each group. Results with the increase of inoculation times, the serum HBsAg Ab titers of the two groups increased gradually, and then decreased with time after inoculation. There were significant differences between the two groups in the changes of serum HBsAg Ab titers with time (P 0.001). At each time point, the serum HBsAg titers of the infantile mice of congenital HCMV infection group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion congenital HCMV infection can attenuate the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine.
