【摘要】： 樂觀傾向作為一種較穩(wěn)定的人格特質，是個體對現實和未來較為穩(wěn)定的積極的認知傾向。有關樂觀人格傾向的研究有助于了解心理問題的心理病理機制、指導臨床干預以及進行人格塑造等，具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 本研究旨在建構樂觀人格傾向的理論模型，編制測量工具，驗證以應對為中介的樂觀和抑郁、焦慮及生活滿意度的結構模型。研究以658名大學生和526名醫(yī)護人員為被試，采用訪談法、問卷調查法采集數據，以Spss 12.0軟件對數據進行項目分析、探索性因素分析、t檢驗、方差分析及相關分析；Lisrel 8.70軟件進行結構方程模型的建立和修正，得到以下結論： 1．樂觀人格傾向為一維結構。 2．本研究編制的樂觀人格傾向問卷(DOQ)對大學生和醫(yī)護人員樣本均具有良好的信、效度，可以用來測量樂觀人格傾向性。 3．本研究修訂的生活滿意度量表(SWLS)具有良好的信效度，可以用來從總體上測量個體的一般生活滿意度。 4．醫(yī)護人員的樂觀人格傾向在性別、年齡、科室、職稱、行醫(yī)年限等人口統(tǒng)計學變量上的差異均不顯著，，僅研究生以上學歷者樂觀水平顯著低于本科學歷者。 5．樂觀人格傾向與抑郁、焦慮癥狀顯著負相關，與生活滿意度顯著正相關。樂觀人格傾向與應對方式的關系是：與解決問題、求助顯著正相關，與自責、幻想、退避及合理化等顯著負相關。 6．樂觀人格傾向對應對方式、抑郁、焦慮和生活滿意度均有直接預測作用。解決問題僅對樂觀和抑郁具有部分中介作用；自責、幻想、退避等對樂觀和抑郁、焦慮、生活滿意度均具有部分中介作用；合理化對樂觀和抑郁、焦慮具有部分中介作用，對樂觀和生活滿意度具有完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:As a more stable personality trait, optimistic tendency is a positive cognitive tendency for the individual to be more stable to the reality and the future. The study of optimistic personality tends to be helpful to understand the psychopathological mechanism of psychological problems, to guide the clinical intervention and to shape the personality, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
The purpose of this study is to construct a theoretical model of optimistic personality tendencies, and to compile a measurement tool to verify the structural model of optimism and depression, anxiety and life satisfaction, which is mediated by 658 college students and 526 medical professionals. The data are collected by interview and questionnaire survey, and the data are divided into Spss 12 software. Analysis, exploratory factor analysis, t test, ANOVA and correlation analysis. Lisrel 8.70 software was used to build and modify the structural equation model.
1. optimistic personality tends to be a one-dimensional structure.
2. the optimistic personality tendency questionnaire (DOQ) developed by this study has good reliability and validity for both college students and medical staff, and can be used to measure optimistic personality tendency.
3. the revised Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS) has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the general life satisfaction of individuals in general.
4. the positive personality tendency of medical staff is not significant in the demographic variables, such as gender, age, Department, professional title, medical service life and so on, but the level of optimism is significantly lower than those of undergraduate education.
5. positive personality tendency was negatively correlated with depression, anxiety symptoms and significant positive correlation with life satisfaction. The relationship between optimistic personality tendency and coping style was significant positive correlation with solving problems and seeking help, and significant negative correlation with self reproach, fantasy, retreat and rationalization.
6. positive personality tends to have a direct predictive effect on coping style, depression, anxiety and life satisfaction. Solving problems only partially mediates optimism and depression; self reproach, fantasy, and retreat have partial mediating effect on optimism and depression, anxiety and life satisfaction; rationalization has part in optimism and depression and anxiety. Mediator has a complete mediating effect on optimism and life satisfaction.
