【摘要】： 完美主義是近20年來西方新興的一個研究領(lǐng)域,目前已引起了我國學者的研究興趣。大學生作為社會期望值很高的特殊群體,近年來其不斷增多的自殺現(xiàn)象已引起社會的廣泛關(guān)注。研究大學生的完美主義對自殺意念的影響有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究在分析國內(nèi)外有關(guān)完美主義研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國在校大學生的種種心理表現(xiàn),旨在用定量方法探究中國大學生完美主義和自殺意念之間的關(guān)系。研究采用訪談法、問卷法等多種研究方法,以河南省7所高校800名大學生為研究對象進行測試,對大學生的完美主義及其相關(guān)變量進行了初步研究。通過方差分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型等統(tǒng)計分析方法,探討了完美主義與自殺意念之間的關(guān)系以及自尊、自我和諧在完美主義與自殺意念之間的中介作用。 本研究的結(jié)論主要有以下幾個方面: 第一,大學生完美主義及其維度和自殺意念在性別、學業(yè)成績等人口統(tǒng)計學變量上存在顯著差異。完美主義在學業(yè)成績和家庭類型上存在顯著差異(p0.05),而在其他幾個人口統(tǒng)計學變量上不存在顯著差異(p0.05)。而自殺意念在性別和專業(yè)滿意度上存在顯著差異(p0.01,p0.001)。 第二,完美主義及其維度、自尊、自我和諧與自殺意念之間存在顯著相關(guān)(p0.01,p0.05),并且完美主義的三個維度——擔心錯誤、行動的疑慮、條理性,自尊和自我和諧可以預測自殺意念。 第三,結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型表明,完美主義的兩個維度——擔心錯誤和行動的疑慮不但直接影響自殺意念,而且和條理性維度通過自尊和自我和諧這兩個變量影響自殺意念,即自尊和自我和諧在完美主義的三個維度與自殺意念之間起中介作用。
[Abstract]:Perfectionism is a new research field in the West in recent 20 years, which has attracted the interest of Chinese scholars. As a special group with high social expectations, college students' suicides have attracted wide attention in recent years. It is of great practical significance to study the influence of perfectionism on suicidal ideation. Based on the analysis of the literature on perfectionism at home and abroad, this study aims to explore the relationship between perfectionism and suicidal ideation in Chinese college students by means of quantitative methods, combined with various psychological manifestations of college students in China. By using interview, questionnaire and other research methods, 800 college students from 7 universities in Henan Province were tested, and their perfectionism and related variables were preliminarily studied. By means of variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model, this paper discusses the relationship between perfectionism and suicidal ideation, and the mediating role of self-esteem and self-harmony between perfectionism and suicidal ideation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, perfectionism and its dimensions and suicidal ideation have significant differences in sex, academic achievement and other demographic variables. Perfectionism had significant differences in academic achievement and family type, while there was no significant difference in other demographic variables. Suicide ideation had significant difference in sex and professional satisfaction. Second, there is a significant correlation between perfectionism and its dimensions, self-esteem, self-harmony and suicidal ideation, and the three dimensions of perfectionism worry about error, doubt of action, coherence, self-esteem and self-harmony can predict suicidal ideation. Thirdly, the structural equation model shows that the two dimensions of perfectionism worry about errors and doubts of action not only directly affect suicidal ideation, but also influence suicidal ideation through two variables of self-esteem and self-harmony. Self-esteem and self-harmony play an intermediary role between the three dimensions of perfectionism and suicidal ideation.
