白紋伊蚊及其天敵褐尾庫蚊的研究

【摘要】:白紋伊蚊(Aedes albopletus)分布廣泛,種群數(shù)量大,活動季節(jié)長, 嗜吸人血,是登革熱、流行性乙型腦炎的媒介,因而被認(rèn)為是重要的 世界性衛(wèi)生害蟲。本文對白紋伊蚊形態(tài)特征、生物學(xué)特性、產(chǎn)卵習(xí)性、 不同容器材料與水質(zhì)對白紋伊蚊幼蟲孽生情況的影響以及白紋伊蚊的 季節(jié)消長等方面進(jìn)行了研究,探索以白紋伊蚊幼蟲為食料大量繁殖蚊 蟲捕食性天敵-褐尾庫蚊(Culex fuscanus )的方法。 白紋伊蚊形態(tài)學(xué)、生物學(xué)特性的研究,明確了白紋伊蚊不同蟲期 的形態(tài)特征、生活習(xí)性、季節(jié)發(fā)生規(guī)律以及該蟲的生殖特征等。白紋 伊蚊產(chǎn)卵習(xí)性的觀察結(jié)果表明:白紋伊蚊在白天的產(chǎn)卵量大于晚上, 而且喜在黑色,粗糙的容器中靠近水面處產(chǎn)卵,容器中水位高低對其 產(chǎn)卵量影響不明顯。離地面距離越高,產(chǎn)卵量越少。不同材料容器和 不同的水質(zhì)對白紋伊蚊幼蟲孳生情況有明顯的影響,白紋伊蚊在不同 材料容器與水質(zhì)中均可孳生,但雨水和橡膠、竹筒容器最適合幼蟲的 生長繁殖。白紋伊蚊幼蟲出現(xiàn)在3月中旬,成蟲始見于3月下旬或4 月上旬,7至9月為發(fā)生高峰期,10月底至3月上旬不見成蟲活動。 褐尾庫蚊(Culex fuscanus )是許多有害蚊蟲的重要天敵。本文研究 了褐尾庫蚊不同蟲期的形態(tài)特征、對獵物密度的捕食功能反應(yīng)以及對 自身密度的捕食功能反應(yīng),明確了褐尾庫蚊的部分生物學(xué)特性,為褐 尾庫蚊的大量繁殖和有效利用提供了重要理論依據(jù)。捕食功能反應(yīng)的 研究表明:單個飼養(yǎng)的褐尾庫蚊Ⅳ齡幼蟲的日捕食量隨白紋伊蚊密 度的增大而增大:其日捕食量隨自身密度的增大而減小。當(dāng)給定不同 種類的蚊子幼蟲和不同齡期的白紋伊蚊幼蟲時,褐尾庫蚊Ⅳ齡幼蟲 喜食白紋伊蚊Ⅳ齡幼蟲,對蛹的捕食量明顯低于幼蟲。獵物的大小、 密度和活動能力影響了褐尾庫蚊幼蟲對獵物的選擇性。
