【摘要】：避免甲型流感等病毒導(dǎo)致的傳染病災(zāi)難的發(fā)生已成為關(guān)系到國民生存與健康、國家安全、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。從免疫學(xué)研究角度對(duì)病毒誘發(fā)宿主免疫反應(yīng)的深入探討,是研發(fā)新型的抗病毒藥物和疫苗、有效地預(yù)防和控制重要病毒的傳播與感染的重要基礎(chǔ)。在國家自然科學(xué)基金等基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目的持續(xù)支持下,我國免疫學(xué)研究人員正在從基礎(chǔ)研究的角度揭示病毒和宿主免疫系統(tǒng)的相互作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)病毒免疫逃逸的可能方式;在促進(jìn)我國免疫學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究跨越式發(fā)展的同時(shí),對(duì)維護(hù)國民健康和控制傳染性疾病做出應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:To avoid the catastrophe of infectious diseases caused by influenza A and other viruses has become an important practical problem related to the survival and health of the people, national security, social stability and economic development. From the point of view of immunology, it is an important foundation for developing new antiviral drugs and vaccines to effectively prevent and control the transmission and infection of important viruses. With the support of basic research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, immunological researchers in China are revealing the interaction between virus and host immune system from the perspective of basic research, and discovering the possible ways of virus immune escape. While promoting the leapfrog development of basic immunological research in China, it should contribute to the maintenance of national health and the control of infectious diseases.
