【摘要】：心理問題對腫瘤的發(fā)生、治療和預(yù)后產(chǎn)生重要影響,相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)提示了大量證據(jù),受到人們廣泛的重視。本文筆者闡述了腫瘤心理學(xué)學(xué)科構(gòu)建的必要性及意義;提出了腫瘤患者發(fā)病前心理因素的作用方式(慢性應(yīng)激和觸發(fā)作用)、發(fā)病后的最主要心理特征(安全感缺失)、心理支持的核心目標(biāo)(幫助患者重獲安全感);強(qiáng)調(diào)此時給予心理支持類似于是亟需修補(bǔ)的"短板";并引入了筆者實踐和理論總結(jié)基礎(chǔ)上形成的腫瘤患者心理支持的操作方法。
[Abstract]:Psychological problems play an important role in the occurrence, treatment and prognosis of tumors. This paper expounds the necessity and significance of the construction of the subject of tumor psychology. This paper puts forward the mode of action of psychological factors (chronic stress and trigger effect), the most important psychological characteristics (lack of sense of security, the core goal of psychological support) (to help patients regain their sense of security) after the onset of cancer (to help patients regain their sense of security). At this time, the psychological support is similar to the "short plate" which needs to be repaired, and the operating method of psychological support for tumor patients based on the author's practice and theory summary is introduced.
