整合子在銅綠假單胞菌中的分布及其在生物被膜中作用機(jī)制的研究

【摘要】:銅綠假單胞菌是臨床常見(jiàn)的條件致病菌,耐藥性突出。新近研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該菌在感染過(guò)程中常以生物被膜形式存在,整合子在其耐藥性形成和播散中起重要作用。本研究的目的是探討整合子在我國(guó)銅綠假單胞菌臨床分離株中的分布,以及整合子在該菌生物被膜中的作用機(jī)制。 本研究采用多重聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)技術(shù)對(duì)分離自河北和昆明兩地的82株銅綠假單胞菌臨床分離株進(jìn)行Ⅰ類、Ⅱ類和Ⅲ類整合子的檢測(cè),結(jié)果51株(62.2%)為Ⅰ類整合子陽(yáng)性菌,1株(1.2%)為Ⅱ類整合子陽(yáng)性菌,未檢出Ⅲ類整合子陽(yáng)性菌。其中Ⅱ類整合子在銅綠假單胞菌中的存在未見(jiàn)報(bào)道。采用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)技術(shù),在51株Ⅰ類整合子陽(yáng)性菌中檢測(cè)到28株(54.9%)攜帶Ⅰ類整合子相關(guān)基因盒。藥敏結(jié)果顯示Ⅰ類整合子基因盒陽(yáng)性菌株對(duì)哌拉西林、頭孢哌酮、頭孢他啶、妥布霉素、阿米卡星、環(huán)丙沙星、氯霉素和復(fù)方磺胺甲嗯唑等抗生素的耐藥率顯著高于未攜帶整合子相關(guān)基因盒的菌株(P<0.01),提示Ⅰ類整合子基因盒在銅綠假單胞菌臨床分離株中發(fā)揮耐藥作用。Ⅰ類整合子在石家莊、昆明兩地銅綠
[Abstract]:Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria in clinic, and its drug resistance is prominent. Recent studies have found that the bacteria often exist in the form of biofilm during infection, and integron plays an important role in the formation and dissemination of drug resistance.
