儲(chǔ)藏食物孳生粉螨研究

【摘要】:目的研究?jī)?chǔ)藏食物孳生粉螨的種類和群落多樣性,并調(diào)查腸螨病在從事食物加工儲(chǔ)藏等人群中的流行情況及病原螨的種類。方法用電熱集螨法和水膜鏡檢法對(duì)采集樣本進(jìn)行粉螨分離、鑒定和計(jì)數(shù),并通過Margalef指數(shù)、Shannon-Wiener指數(shù)和Pielou指數(shù),計(jì)算其物種豐富度、物種多樣性和物種均勻度。通過詢問病史、糞檢以及血清總IgE、螨特異性IgE檢測(cè)調(diào)查特殊人群中腸螨病的患病情況。結(jié)果1440份樣本中,45種,695份樣本有粉螨孳生,孳生密度為5.553±2.358只/克,其中儲(chǔ)藏干果20種、儲(chǔ)藏調(diào)味品10種、儲(chǔ)藏水產(chǎn)品10種、儲(chǔ)藏烘焙食品5種,總陽性率為48.3%(695/1440),而儲(chǔ)藏干果為55.4%(306/552),儲(chǔ)藏調(diào)味品為43.9%(158/360),儲(chǔ)藏水產(chǎn)品為35.8%(129/360),儲(chǔ)藏烘焙食品為60.7%(102/168)。分離粉螨23種,隸屬于7科18屬。物種豐富度指數(shù)在0.383~2.476之間,其中八月份最高;物種多樣性指數(shù)在0.926~3.075,其中八月份最高;物種均勻度指數(shù)在0.752~0.981,,其中八九月份最高。不同類型儲(chǔ)藏食物孳生粉螨群落參數(shù)不同,儲(chǔ)藏干果孳生粉螨的物種豐富度指數(shù)(Margalef指數(shù)=2.148)和多樣性指數(shù)(H'=2.995)最高;儲(chǔ)藏調(diào)味品孳生粉螨的均勻度指數(shù)(J=0.978)最高。對(duì)289人作糞檢,糞螨陽性18例,陽性率6.2%(18/289);其中單純糞螨陽性3例。檢出粉螨經(jīng)鑒定有6種,即粗腳粉螨、腐食酪螨、粉塵螨、家甜食螨、隆頭食甜螨、甜果螨。糞螨陽性者18例血清總IgE、螨特異性IgE分別為(86±24)IU/mL和(69±19)IU/mL,與糞螨陰性者相比,差異均具顯著性(~ t=7.569,P<0.01;~☆t=8.009,P<0.01)。結(jié)論儲(chǔ)藏食物粉螨污染嚴(yán)重,其中以6月到9月最為嚴(yán)重,需加強(qiáng)此階段的粉螨防制。對(duì)從事食物加工、儲(chǔ)藏的職業(yè)的人群應(yīng)加強(qiáng)預(yù)防本病的知識(shí)教育,并要進(jìn)行必要的勞動(dòng)保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the species and community diversity of acaroid mites in food storage, and to investigate the prevalence of intestinal acariasis in the population engaged in food processing and storage and the species of pathogenic mites.Methods the species richness, species diversity and species evenness were calculated by Margalef index Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index.The incidence of mesenteric acariasis in special population was investigated by asking history, fecal examination, serum total IgE and mite-specific IgE.Results of the 1440 samples, 45 species were acaroid mites with a density of 5.553 鹵2.358 / g, including 20 dry fruits, 10 seasonings, 10 aquatic products and 5 baked foods, among which 20 were stored in dry fruit, 10 in seasoning, 10 in aquatic products, and 5 in baked goods, among which 20 were stored in dry fruits, 10 in seasonings, 10 in aquatic products and 5 in baked goods.The total positive rate was 48.3% 695% 1440%, while the storage of dried fruit was 55.4%, the storage of dried fruit was 55.6% 552%, the storage of seasoning was 43.9% / 360m, the storage of aquatic product was 35.8% 129R / 360m, the storage of baked goods was 60.710 2 / 168C.23 species of acaroid mites, belonging to 18 genera and 7 families, were isolated.The species richness index ranged from 0.383 to 2.476, with the highest in August, the highest in August, and the highest in August, and the highest in August.The species richness index (Margalef index = 2.148) and diversity index (H = 2.995) of acaroid mites in stored dry fruits were the highest, and the evenness index (J ~ (0.978)) of acaroid mites in storage condiments was the highest.In 289 cases, 18 cases were positive in feces mite, the positive rate was 6.2% and 289%, of which 3 cases were positive in pure feces mite.There are 6 species of acaroid mites identified, I. e., acaroid mites, Tyrophylopsis vulgaris mite, Dermatophagoides farinae, domestic sweet mite, rosehead sweet mite, sweet fruit mite.The specific IgE of feces mites in 18 cases were 86 鹵24)IU/mL and 69 鹵19 渭 mol / mL, respectively, which were significantly different from those of fecal mite negative patients.T0. 569 (P < 0. 01) ~ 8. 009 (P < 0. 01).Conclusion the contamination of acaroid mites in stored food is serious, especially from June to September. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of acaroid mites in this stage.The population engaged in food processing and storage should strengthen the knowledge education on prevention of the disease and carry out necessary labor protection.
