多模態(tài)圖像配準(zhǔn)研究及其在超聲熱導(dǎo)向藥物靶向治療中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】: 超聲熱導(dǎo)向藥物靶向治療是將化療藥物封裝在熱敏脂質(zhì)體內(nèi)并遞送至腫瘤位置,再用相控聚焦超聲將靶區(qū)溫度升高,打開脂質(zhì)體殼體,實(shí)現(xiàn)其裝載藥物的定點(diǎn)釋放。這一技術(shù)不但增加了藥物的局部濃度,提高了對(duì)病灶部位腫瘤細(xì)胞的殺傷力,而且避免了全身給藥對(duì)人體帶來的傷害,同時(shí),熱對(duì)釋放出的藥物還可起到增敏效果。為了避免傷及正常組織和提高治療效率,必須對(duì)病灶的治療區(qū)域的空間位置進(jìn)行精確定位。而現(xiàn)有的超聲成像技術(shù)很難單獨(dú)完成這個(gè)任務(wù)。因此,需要設(shè)計(jì)基于多模態(tài)剛性圖像配準(zhǔn)的圖像定位系統(tǒng)。 本文首先研究了基于多模態(tài)剛性圖像配準(zhǔn)的圖像定位系統(tǒng)的有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)在分辨率較高的術(shù)前CT圖像中進(jìn)行腫瘤輪廓提取,然后將CT圖像與術(shù)中超聲圖像進(jìn)行配準(zhǔn),術(shù)前CT圖像中的腫瘤區(qū)域位置信息被自動(dòng)、精確地映射到術(shù)中超聲圖像中,從而引導(dǎo)換能器陣列的焦點(diǎn)
[Abstract]:The target therapy of ultrasound heat-guided drugs is to encapsulate the chemotherapeutic drugs in thermosensitive liposomes and deliver them to tumor sites. Then the temperature of the target region is raised by phase-controlled focused ultrasound and the liposome shell is opened to realize the targeted release of the drug loading.This technique not only increases the local concentration of the drug, but also increases the killing power of tumor cells in the focus area, and avoids the harm to the human body caused by the whole body administration. At the same time, the heat can also increase the sensitivity of the released drug.In order to avoid injury to normal tissue and improve treatment efficiency, it is necessary to accurately locate the location of the treatment area.The existing ultrasonic imaging technology is difficult to complete this task alone.Therefore, it is necessary to design an image location system based on multi-modal rigid image registration.In this paper, the design and implementation of image location system based on multi-modal rigid image registration are studied.In this system, the tumor contour is extracted from the high resolution preoperative CT image, and then the CT image is registered with the intraoperative ultrasound image. The location information of the tumor area in the preoperative CT image is automatically mapped to the intraoperative ultrasound image.To guide the focus of the transducer array.
