【摘要】：目的：通過對代謝綜合征患者的心理健康狀況的調(diào)查，了解代謝綜合征患者的社會心理現(xiàn)況，探討代謝綜合征患者的心理健康狀況，以及影響心理健康的社會心理因素，分析心理健康狀況與該病相關(guān)性。方法：采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法，，對500例代謝綜合征患者進(jìn)行心理健康狀況調(diào)查，選取其中250例測定血糖、血脂代謝生化指標(biāo)以及血壓、身高、體重。并整群隨機(jī)抽取烏魯木齊市醫(yī)院、環(huán)保部門、中小學(xué)校、銀行等單位職工500人作對照，進(jìn)行心理健康狀況調(diào)查。結(jié)果：1)觀察組生活事件刺激量高于對照組；高級職稱組正性事件刺激量得分最大。無職稱患者負(fù)性事件刺激量、生活事件總刺激量高于有職稱患者；經(jīng)濟(jì)收入水平高的組其正性事件刺激量較大，而經(jīng)濟(jì)收入水平低的患者其負(fù)性事件刺激量較大。2)在社會支持度評定結(jié)果中，觀察組客觀支持分和總分高于對照組；女性對支持的利用度略高于男性；高級職稱組、中級職稱組對支持的利用度高于初級職稱組；有職稱患者的主觀支持分、客觀支持分、總分均高于無職稱患者；經(jīng)濟(jì)收入較高患者的社會支持度高于經(jīng)濟(jì)收入較低的患者。3)觀察組的總體幸福感正向評分低于對照組，而反向評分高于對照組；男性患者正向評分高于女性，而反向評分低于女性；無職稱患者的正向評分低于有職稱的患者，無職稱患者的反向評分高于有職稱的患者；經(jīng)濟(jì)收入高的組患者的正向評分較高，經(jīng)濟(jì)收入低的組其反向評分較高。4)生活事件總刺激量與體重指數(shù)、血漿總膽固醇、血漿甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白呈正相關(guān)；體重指數(shù)、收縮壓與社會支持呈正相關(guān)；總體幸福感正向評分與體重指數(shù)、收縮壓、血漿總膽固醇呈負(fù)相關(guān)；總體幸福感反向
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of metabolic syndrome patients, to understand the psychosocial status of metabolic syndrome patients, to explore the mental health status of metabolic syndrome patients, and to explore the psychosocial factors that affect the mental health of the patients with metabolic syndrome.The correlation between mental health and the disease was analyzed.Methods: the mental health status of 500 patients with metabolic syndrome was investigated by cluster random sampling. Among them, 250 cases were selected to measure the biochemical indexes of blood glucose, blood lipid metabolism, blood pressure, height and weight.A group of 500 workers from Urumqi City Hospital, Environmental Protection Department, Primary and Middle School, Bank and other units were randomly selected for investigation of mental health status.Results: (1) the stimulating amount of life events in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the positive event stimulus score in the senior title group was the highest.The amount of negative event stimulation and the total stimulus amount of life events of the patients without title were higher than those of the patients with professional title, and the positive event stimuli of the group with high economic income level were higher than that of the patients with professional title.In the evaluation of social support, the objective support score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group; the utilization of support for women was slightly higher than that of men;The utilization of support in intermediate title group was higher than that in primary title group, subjective support score, objective support score and total score of patients with title were higher than those without title.The positive score of overall well-being of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the reverse score was higher than that of the control group; the positive score of the male patients was higher than that of the female.But the reverse score was lower than that of the female; the positive score of the patients without title was lower than that of the patients with the title, the reverse score of the patients without the title was higher than that of the patients with the title; the positive score of the patients with high economic income was higher than that of the patients without the title.In the low income group, the total stimulus of life events was positively correlated with body mass index (BMI), plasma total cholesterol, plasma triglyceride, high density lipoprotein (HDL), body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and social support.The positive score of total well-being was negatively correlated with body mass index, systolic blood pressure and plasma total cholesterol.
