護(hù)理本科新生的焦慮及相關(guān)因素的調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的:1.評(píng)估護(hù)理本科新生的焦慮程度;2.探討護(hù)理本科新生產(chǎn)生焦慮的相關(guān)因素及其相對(duì)重要性。 方法:采用橫斷面調(diào)查方式對(duì)海南醫(yī)學(xué)院、廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)、中南大學(xué)護(hù)理學(xué)院三所高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校中的320 名新生(160 名2004 年護(hù)理本科新生作為研究對(duì)象的實(shí)驗(yàn)組, 160 名2004 年臨床本科新生作為對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采取無(wú)記名自評(píng)方式填寫(xiě)新生基本資料調(diào)查表、其它相關(guān)因素調(diào)查表和焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)三個(gè)問(wèn)卷。所得的資料用描述性分析法描述頻數(shù)分布、百分比、平均值、最大值和最小值等。統(tǒng)計(jì)SAS 各類焦慮因子用均數(shù)+標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差表示,用Pearson 相關(guān)分析法分析相關(guān)關(guān)系。用逐步回歸法分析各因素的相對(duì)重要性。 結(jié)果:1.320 份問(wèn)卷回收312 份,應(yīng)答率為97.5%;2. 在實(shí)驗(yàn)組158名新生中,SAS50 分者為42 人,占26.6%,平均得分為X_1=45.3+8.84。對(duì)照組154 名新生中,SAS50 分者為39 人,占25.3%,平均得分為X_1=44.9+10.57,經(jīng)t 檢驗(yàn)表明護(hù)理本科新生的焦慮狀態(tài)與臨床本科新生的焦慮狀態(tài)無(wú)明顯差異;3. 自己對(duì)本專業(yè)的態(tài)度好壞,對(duì)于護(hù)理本科新生來(lái)說(shuō)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(r=0.254,P0.001)。就業(yè)壓力則是臨床本科新生的影響較護(hù)理本科新生的大(r=0.315,P0.001),即壓力大的焦慮分值高,反之則低;而護(hù)理新生無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論: 1.護(hù)理本科新生的焦慮程度與臨床本科新生無(wú)明顯差異;2.護(hù)理本科新生的焦慮程度的相關(guān)因素主要有自己對(duì)護(hù)理專業(yè)態(tài)度、社會(huì)對(duì)護(hù)理專業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)、家庭收入、學(xué)習(xí)方式方法是否適應(yīng)、父母對(duì)專業(yè)的態(tài)度等。3.高考成績(jī)、家庭來(lái)源、對(duì)環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性等也影響到護(hù)理本科新生的焦慮情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective 1. To evaluate the anxiety degree of nursing undergraduate students 2. To explore the related factors and their relative importance of anxiety in nursing undergraduate freshmen. Methods: a cross-sectional survey was carried out in Hainan Medical College and Guangxi Medical University. A total of 320 freshmen and 160 nursing freshmen from three medical colleges of Central South University were enrolled in the study in 2004, and 160 clinical freshmen as control group in 2004. The new students' basic information questionnaire, other related factors questionnaire and anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) questionnaire were filled out by anonymous self-assessment. The data obtained were described by descriptive analysis method, including frequency distribution, percentage, average value. The statistical SAS anxiety factors are expressed by the standard deviation of mean, the correlation is analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the relative importance of each factor is analyzed by stepwise regression method. Results 312 questionnaires were collected from 1.320 questionnaires, and the response rate was 97.55.42 of 158 freshmen in the experimental group scored SAS50, accounting for 26.6, with an average score of 45.3 8.84.39 freshmen in the control group had SAS50 scores of 154 freshmen. The average score was Xapo1 44.9 10.57. T test showed that there was no significant difference between the anxiety state of nursing undergraduate students and that of clinical freshmen. For nursing freshmen, there was significant difference between 0.254 and 0.254p 0.001.The employment pressure was higher than that of clinical freshmen, which was higher than that of nursing freshmen, i.e., the anxiety score with high stress was higher than that of nursing freshmen, while the nursing freshmen had no statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. There is no significant difference between the anxiety degree of nursing undergraduate students and the clinical freshmen. 2. The main factors related to the anxiety degree of nursing undergraduate students are their own attitude towards nursing specialty, social evaluation of nursing specialty, family income. 2. 3. The scores of college entrance examination, the source of family and the adaptability to environment also affect the anxiety of nursing undergraduate students.
