【摘要】： 子宮是女性重要的生殖器官,它是產(chǎn)生月經(jīng)和孕育胎兒的重要場所,對人類繁衍起著重要的作用。隨著醫(yī)學的發(fā)展,子宮疾病已引起了人們廣泛的關注。近年來子宮肌瘤發(fā)生率逐年提高,而在治療上以往都行子宮肌瘤剔除術、子宮次全切除術、子宮全切除術及激素療法為主,但這些方法給病人帶來巨大的心理和生理上的影響。隨著介入技術的發(fā)展,子宮動脈栓塞術的應用,子宮動脈成為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學研究熱點。子宮動脈在國內(nèi)或國外的文獻很少闡述,為了提高子宮動脈栓塞術成功率及對子宮動脈卵巢支的處理。本文對8具成人女性尸體和7例子宮標本的子宮動脈的起源、走行、分支、分布的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)進行了詳細的形態(tài)學觀測及分型情況的研究,以及子宮動脈卵巢支對卵巢供血的重要性作出解釋,為介入治療提供解剖學基礎。同時為子宮手術提供可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Uterus is an important reproductive organ of women, it is an important place to produce menstruation and fetus, and plays an important role in human reproduction. With the development of medicine, In recent years, the incidence of uterine leiomyoma has increased year by year. In the past, uterine leiomyomectomy, subtotal hysterectomy, total hysterectomy and hormone therapy have been used in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. With the development of interventional technique and the application of uterine artery embolization, uterine artery has become a hot spot in modern medical research. In order to improve the success rate of uterine artery embolization and the treatment of uterine artery and ovarian branch, the origin, course and branch of uterine artery in 8 adult female cadavers and 7 uterine specimens were studied. The anatomical structure of the distribution was studied in detail by morphological observation and classification, and the importance of ovarian branch of uterine artery to ovarian blood supply was explained. It provides anatomic basis for interventional therapy and reliable basis for uterine surgery.
