【摘要】：目的:研究腰椎椎間關(guān)節(jié)滑膜皺襞的解剖學(xué)組織結(jié)構(gòu),探討其臨床價(jià)值。 方法:對(duì)24具成人腰椎脊柱標(biāo)本和40具兒童腰椎脊柱標(biāo)本的解剖,觀測(cè)腰椎間關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)滑膜皺襞的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果:無論成人還是兒童,各腰椎間關(guān)節(jié)均可出現(xiàn)滑膜皺襞。兩者比較,成人滑膜皺襞的出現(xiàn)率為85.9%高于兒童(35.9%),并且成人以大中型滑膜皺襞為主,而兒童以小型為主。 結(jié)論:成人腰椎椎間關(guān)節(jié)滑膜皺襞的出現(xiàn)率高,以及以大中型滑膜皺襞為主,這很可能是腰椎椎間關(guān)節(jié)滑膜皺襞嵌頓多見于成人,而兒童少見的解剖學(xué)基礎(chǔ),也可能是成人較兒童腰背痛多見的原因之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the anatomical structure of the synovial folds of the lumbar intervertebral joint, and to explore the clinical value of the synovial folds.
Methods: the anatomy of 24 adult lumbar spine specimens and 40 children with lumbar spine specimens, observation of lumbar articular synovial plica structure. Results: both adults and children, the synovial folds could be found. The comparison between the two, the emergence of the adult plica rate was 85.9% higher than that of children and adults (35.9%). Mainly in large and medium-sized plica, but mainly in small children.
Conclusion: synovial plicae of adult lumbar intervertebral high rate and large and medium sized plica, which is likely to be lumbar synovial plicae of incarcerated in adults and children, the anatomical basis of rare, may also be adults than children of low back pain to see one of the reasons.
