【摘要】: 硫化氫(hydrogen sulfide, H_2S)一直被認(rèn)為是污染環(huán)境的毒性氣體,是造成大氣和水以及造成某些職業(yè)病的主要危害物質(zhì)之一。超過生理劑量的H_2S對活體器官的毒性體現(xiàn)在對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)以及對呼吸系統(tǒng)的抑制作用。繼內(nèi)源性氣體分子一氧化氮(nitric oxide, NO)、一氧化碳(carbon monoxide, CO)被證實(shí)為氣體信號分子后,20世紀(jì)90年代,發(fā)現(xiàn)半胱氨酸代謝產(chǎn)生的氣體H_2S,對神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)特別是海馬的功能具有調(diào)節(jié)作用。H_2S通過刺激神經(jīng)細(xì)胞,增加細(xì)胞內(nèi)cAMP(cyclic adenosine monophosphate,環(huán)腺苷酸)水平,提高受體介導(dǎo)的興奮性突觸后電位,誘導(dǎo)海馬的長時程增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)。H_2S可以調(diào)節(jié)消化道和血管平滑肌的張力,還可以舒張血管和抑制血管平滑肌細(xì)胞增殖。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn),H_2S還可以調(diào)節(jié)生理及病理狀態(tài)下心臟的功能。H_2S誘導(dǎo)的舒血管效應(yīng)有別于其他內(nèi)源性氣體信號分子(如NO、CO是通過鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶cGMP通路起作用),它是通過直接開放血管平滑肌KATP通道而發(fā)揮作用的。由于壓力感受器活動及反射在維持血壓穩(wěn)定方面起重要作用,而H_2S對它們的影響至今尚無人報道。因此本論文對以上兩部分進(jìn)行了研究: 1 H_2S對麻醉大鼠頸動脈竇壓力感受器反射的易化作用 目的:旨在觀察H_2S對麻醉大鼠頸動脈竇壓力感受器反射的作用。
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfide (hydrogen sulfide H_2S) has been considered as a toxic gas is caused by environmental pollution, air and water as well as the cause of one of the main hazards of certain occupation disease. Toxicity of supraphysiological H_2S of living organs reflected in the central nervous system and the inhibitory effects on the respiratory system. The gas molecules (endogenous nitric oxide nitric oxide, NO), carbon monoxide (carbon monoxide, CO) was confirmed as the gas signal molecule after 1990s, found that the gas H_2S cysteine metabolism of the nervous system, especially on the sea horse function play a role in the regulation of.H_2S by stimulation of nerve cells, increase of intracellular cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate, cyclic AMP) level, improve receptor mediated excitatory postsynaptic potentials, induced hippocampal long-term potentiation of.H_2S can regulate the gastrointestinal and vascular smooth muscle tension, Can dilate blood vessels and inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells. Recent studies have found that H_2S can also regulate the vasodilating effect of cardiac function of.H_2S in physiological and pathological conditions induced by different from other gasotransmitter (such as NO, CO is the guanylate cyclase cGMP pathway), it is played by directly opening vascular smooth muscle KATP channel. Due to baroreceptor activity and reflex play an important role in maintaining the stability of blood pressure, and the effect of H_2S on them have not been reported yet. So this paper on the above two parts were studied:
Facilitation of 1 H_2S on carotid sinus baroreflex in anesthetized rats
Objective: To observe the effect of H_2S on carotid sinus baroreflex in anesthetized rats.
