【摘要】:I型干擾素(IFN-Ⅰ)是機(jī)體固有免疫應(yīng)答的一類重要的細(xì)胞因子,具有廣譜的抗病毒及抗腫瘤等作用。近年來IFN-Ⅰ成為病毒學(xué)、疫苗學(xué)及腫瘤學(xué)等研究的熱點(diǎn),對(duì)干擾素誘導(dǎo)基因(ISGs)的功能研究進(jìn)一步揭示了其抗病毒以及抗腫瘤的作用機(jī)制。麻疹病毒、流感病毒和腸道病毒71型等病毒均可通過與IFN-Ⅰ或其上、下游調(diào)節(jié)因子結(jié)合阻斷IFN-Ⅰ信號(hào)通路,從而逃逸IFN-Ⅰ的抗病毒作用,這對(duì)病毒性疾病的防治是新的挑戰(zhàn)。近期研究發(fā)現(xiàn)IFN-Ⅰ是疫苗誘導(dǎo)抗體產(chǎn)生的必要信號(hào),同時(shí)參與調(diào)節(jié)T、B細(xì)胞的活化過程,在免疫應(yīng)答過程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。對(duì)IFN-Ⅰ免疫應(yīng)答作用機(jī)制研究進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Type I interferon (IFN- I) is an important cell factor of the body's inherent immune response, which has a broad spectrum of antiviral and anti-tumor effects. In recent years, IFN- I has become a research hotspot in virology, vaccination and oncology. The function of interferon inducible gene (ISGs) has further revealed its antiviral and anti-tumor mechanisms. Measles virus, influenza virus and enterovirus 71 and other viruses can block the IFN- I signaling pathway by escaping from IFN- I or its upstream and downstream regulators, thereby escaping the antiviral effect of IFN- I, which is a new challenge to the prevention and treatment of viral diseases. Recent studies have found that IFN- I is a necessary signal for vaccine induced antibody production, and is also involved in regulating the activation process of T and B cells. It plays a key role in the process of immune response. The research on the mechanism of IFN- I immune response is reviewed.
