文章摘要：目的：探討牙周-牙髓聯(lián)合病變患者應用中藥湯劑聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療的效果分析。方法：選擇2012年3月—2014年5月醫(yī)院接診100例牙周-牙髓聯(lián)合病變患者進行研究。按照入院時間先后順序?qū)⑵潆S機均分為對照組和觀察組。觀察組50例患者,采用中藥湯劑聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療,對照組50例患者,采用單純的西醫(yī)治療。比較兩組患者的臨床結(jié)果、療效以及不良反應率。結(jié)果：在治療后,發(fā)現(xiàn)觀察組患者各項指標值都優(yōu)于對照組的患者,兩組比較具有顯著差異（P〈0.001）;在治療后,觀察組患者總有效率為88.00%,對照組總有效率為72.00%,兩組比較具有統(tǒng)計學意義（u=2.641 6,P=0.008 3）;兩組患者的牙情況均得到了緩解,但觀察組的牙齒松動、牙周炎、牙齒叩痛人數(shù)少于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P〈0.05）。在治療后,觀察組患者產(chǎn)生不良反應率僅為10.00%,對照組不良反應率為34%,兩組比較具有統(tǒng)計學意義（u=2.882 3,P=0.003 9）。結(jié)論：中藥湯劑聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療牙周-牙髓聯(lián)合病變,不良反應率低,效果良好,值得臨床推廣。

Abstr：Objective： To discuss the effect of Western medicine combined with TCM decoction in the treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions in patients. Methods： During March 2012—May 2014,100 cases in our hospital were studied. According to admission chronological order,they were randomly divided into control and observation groups. The observation group had 50 patients which were treated by herbal decoction combined with Western medicine. 50 patients in the control group used a simple western medicine. Clinical outcome between the two groups of patients,the efficacy and adverse reaction rates were compared. Results： After treatment,the index value was found that patients of the observation group were better than patients in the control group and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈 0. 001）. After treatment,the observation group＇s total effective rate was 88. 00% and the total efficiency of the control group was 72. 00% and the two groups had statistical significance（ u = 2. 641 6,P = 0. 008 3）. Tooth status in both groups were eased,but the observation group＇s loose teeth,periodontitis and the number of teeth percussion pain were less than the control group＇s and there was statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,adverse reactions rate was 10. 00% in the observation group and it was 34% of the control group. The two groups were statistically significant（ u = 2. 882 3,P = 0. 003 9）. Conclusion： Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions has low adverse reaction rate and good effect,worthy of promotion.
