【摘要】：正新媒體時代,全媒型人才需要積極跨界,努力使自己成為武藝高強的復合型人才�，F(xiàn)今,在媒體中全媒體概念已經(jīng)被多數(shù)人了解,全媒型人才也越來越緊俏。筆者認為,全媒型人才至少應具備以下新思維、新技術與新技能。全媒型人才應具備的新思維思維決定行為。一個綜合素質(zhì)高的全媒型人才,首先需要更新補充各種新思維,這些思維主要分為以下幾個層面。1.基本層面的新思維
