【摘要】：正"視而不見、反應(yīng)遲鈍""弄巧成拙、事與愿違""信息失真、掩耳盜鈴"是輿情預(yù)防和處置中的幾種常見病,需對癥施治。輿情防控已成為當(dāng)下企業(yè)危機(jī)管理的重要內(nèi)容。很多負(fù)面輿情的發(fā)生、發(fā)酵與輿情意識欠缺和做法不當(dāng)密切相關(guān)。輿情的預(yù)防和處置意識、技能欠缺或不到位的表現(xiàn)有很多種,筆者在此歸納三種常見而
