【摘要】：文章以英國政府開放數據平臺data.gov.uk交通數據為調查對象,從發(fā)布機構、主題、格式、許可協議與開放級別4個方面調查該平臺現有902個已發(fā)布的交通數據集的建設情況;從API設置和APP開發(fā)兩方面掌握其交通數據的應用情況;從數據請求機構、主題、原因和結果了解公眾對交通數據的潛在需求。在調查基礎上總結da-ta.gov.uk平臺交通數據建設與開放的經驗與不足,為我國政府開放交通數據以推進智慧交通建設進程提供一定的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the construction of 902 published traffic data sets of the open data platform (data.gov.uk) of the British government from four aspects: the issuing agency, the theme, the format, the license agreement and the open level. The application of traffic data in API setup and APP development, and the potential demand for traffic data from data request organization, subject, cause and result are discussed. On the basis of investigation, this paper summarizes the experience and deficiency of traffic data construction and opening on da-ta.gov.uk platform, and provides some inspiration for our government to open traffic data to advance the process of intelligent traffic construction.
