【摘要】：科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺是開展科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理的主要陣地。本文對國內(nèi)外十余個科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺進行調(diào)研,分別從平臺的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)平臺、數(shù)據(jù)來源、經(jīng)費情況、平臺功能、數(shù)據(jù)管理功能等維度進行比較分析,希望能夠探查國內(nèi)外科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺的建設(shè)實踐,分析二者之間的異同,發(fā)現(xiàn)值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗,為我國科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺建設(shè)提供參考。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國內(nèi)外科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺建設(shè)在上述維度分析中具有一定的相似性,但是國外科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,且數(shù)據(jù)管理功能已經(jīng)開始服務(wù)于科學(xué)研究全過程,而國內(nèi)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺建設(shè)較少,數(shù)據(jù)管理功能僅服務(wù)于存儲和發(fā)布等方面。
[Abstract]:Scientific data management platform is the main position of scientific data management. In this paper, more than ten scientific data management platforms at home and abroad are investigated and analyzed from the aspects of the status quo of platform construction, construction objectives, system platform, data sources, funding situation, platform functions, data management functions, and so on. It is hoped that the construction practice of the scientific data management platform at home and abroad can be explored, the similarities and differences between the two are analyzed, and the experience worthy of reference can be found in order to provide a reference for the construction of the scientific data management platform in China. It is found that the construction of scientific data management platform at home and abroad has certain similarities in the above dimensional analysis, but the construction of foreign scientific data management platform has developed rapidly, and the data management function has begun to serve the whole process of scientific research. But the domestic scientific data management platform construction is less, the data management function only serves the storage and the release and so on.
