【摘要】：近年來(lái)我國(guó)PX項(xiàng)目建設(shè)領(lǐng)域頻繁發(fā)生群體性抗?fàn)幨录?PX產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展陷入困境。及時(shí)傳遞信息,引導(dǎo)社會(huì)輿論,調(diào)解社會(huì)矛盾,是網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的重要職責(zé)。研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體PX報(bào)道的新聞框架,對(duì)優(yōu)化環(huán)境沖突性議題的傳播有重要作用。以人民網(wǎng)2007年至2014年的239篇PX報(bào)道為樣本,對(duì)PX新聞材料的選擇與架構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分PX報(bào)道屬于轉(zhuǎn)載；消息來(lái)源傾向權(quán)威,不同群體的話語(yǔ)地位差別較大；PX產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、PX事件是重點(diǎn)報(bào)道對(duì)象,通訊與評(píng)論體裁居多,各類采訪對(duì)象的引語(yǔ)方式存在差別,報(bào)道總體呈現(xiàn)為正面基調(diào)。從PX報(bào)道的框架結(jié)構(gòu)層次來(lái)看,“高層次”框架以“經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值框架”和“科學(xué)普及框架”為主；“中層次”框架分布相對(duì)均衡,注重報(bào)道時(shí)效性；“低層次”框架中,新聞圖片、修辭策略、關(guān)鍵詞語(yǔ)、轉(zhuǎn)述動(dòng)詞的使用等豐富報(bào)道內(nèi)容,傳遞媒體立場(chǎng)傾向。總體上,人民網(wǎng)PX報(bào)道弱化抗議民眾的主體地位,排除項(xiàng)目環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息,科普框架報(bào)道存在重復(fù)內(nèi)容。人民網(wǎng)PX報(bào)道的新聞框架發(fā)生了變化。2007年廈門民眾反PX行動(dòng)被構(gòu)建為民眾有序參與政治的正面范本。之后“維穩(wěn)框架”報(bào)道占據(jù)主流。2013年人民網(wǎng)積極建構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值、科學(xué)普及框架。PX媒介形象隨新聞框架發(fā)生流變。民權(quán)與維穩(wěn)框架主導(dǎo)下,PX的媒介形象偏于模糊化。為PX正名的新聞框架占據(jù)主導(dǎo)后,PX項(xiàng)目的正面形象得到凸顯。民眾對(duì)PX形成的刻板印象和集體記憶影響著民眾應(yīng)對(duì)PX的態(tài)度和行動(dòng),重塑媒介現(xiàn)實(shí)引導(dǎo)社會(huì)輿論,成為人民網(wǎng)新聞框架變化的動(dòng)因。針對(duì)人民網(wǎng)PX報(bào)道的新聞框架存在的問(wèn)題,提出一定的優(yōu)化策略。在宏觀層面,媒體應(yīng)平衡和整合新聞框架,促進(jìn)官方和民間對(duì)話協(xié)商,承擔(dān)沖突“調(diào)停者’的角色；在堅(jiān)持科學(xué)普及框架之外,增加風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溝通主旨框架,客觀公正地傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息。在微觀層面,媒體要保障消息來(lái)源的多元性,增加民眾和環(huán)保非政府組織的聲音：PX報(bào)道涉及科技信息與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息,要保障新聞話語(yǔ)的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the PX project construction field in our country frequently occurs the mass protest event, the PX industry development falls into the difficult position. Timely transmission of information, guidance of public opinion, mediation of social contradictions is an important responsibility of network media. It is important to study the news framework of network media PX to optimize the communication of environmental conflict issues. Based on a sample of 239 PX reports from 2007 to 2014, this paper analyzes the selection and structure of PX news materials, and finds that most PX reports belong to reprint, the sources tend to be authoritative, and the discourse status of different groups varies greatly. With the development of PX industry, the PX event is the main reporting object, the communication and comment styles are the most, and the citation ways of all kinds of interview subjects are different, the report presents a positive tone in general. From the perspective of the frame structure of PX report, the framework of "high level" mainly consists of "economic value frame" and "scientific popularization frame", the "middle level" frame is relatively balanced, and it pays attention to the timeliness of reporting. In the framework of "low level", news pictures, rhetorical strategies, key words and the use of reporting verbs enrich the reporting content and convey the media position tendency. In general, the popular PX report weakens the main status of the protestors and excludes the environmental risk information of the project. The news framework of people's Daily PX has changed. In 2007, Xiamen's anti-PX campaign was constructed as a positive model for orderly political participation. In 2013, people's net actively constructed economic value and scientific popularization framework. The media image of PX changed with the news framework. Under the framework of civil rights and stability, the media image of PX tends to blur. The positive image of the PX project was highlighted when the news framework for PX became dominant. The stereotype and collective memory of PX affect the attitude and action of people to deal with PX, reshape the media reality to guide the public opinion, and become the motivation of news frame change of people's net. Aiming at the problems existing in the news framework reported by people's net PX, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies. At the macro level, the media should balance and integrate the information framework, promote official and civil dialogue and consultation, and assume the role of "mediator" of conflict; Besides the framework of popularizing science, we should increase the framework of risk communication and spread risk information objectively and fairly. At the micro level, the media should ensure the diversity of news sources and increase the voice of the public and environmental non-governmental organizations: PX reports involve scientific and technological information and risk information, and ensure the scientific nature of news discourse.
