【摘要】：文章從信息性社會(huì)影響和規(guī)范性社會(huì)影響視角,構(gòu)建綜合性問(wèn)答網(wǎng)站用戶信息采納意愿的影響因素研究模型,并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明:信息可信度和信息有用性對(duì)用戶信息采納意愿具有直接顯著的正向影響,且信息可信度的作用更強(qiáng)。從信息性社會(huì)影響視角,發(fā)現(xiàn)信息質(zhì)量和信源可信度是影響用戶感知信息可信度和信息有用性的關(guān)鍵因素;從規(guī)范性社會(huì)影響視角,發(fā)現(xiàn)信息一致性對(duì)信息可信度產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響,信息評(píng)級(jí)正向顯著影響信息有用性,而對(duì)信息可信度的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of information social impact and normative social impact, this paper constructs a research model of influencing factors of users' willingness to adopt information in a comprehensive question and answer website, and makes an empirical analysis by questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling. The results show that the information credibility and information usefulness have a direct and significant positive impact on the user's willingness to adopt information, and the information credibility plays a more important role. From the perspective of information social impact, it is found that the quality of information and the credibility of information sources are the key factors that affect the credibility and usefulness of information perceived by users. From the perspective of normative social impact, it is found that information consistency has a significant positive impact on information credibility, information rating positively significantly affects information usefulness, but it has no significant impact on information credibility.
