【摘要】:正談媒體轉(zhuǎn)型,不要把媒體人個人經(jīng)營公眾號和媒體整體轉(zhuǎn)型混為一談。前者必然要求"萬金油"的技能,后者作為專業(yè)機構(gòu),必須有明確分工,一個人不可能從采訪到美術(shù)編輯、視頻剪輯無所不能。
