【摘要】：本文回顧了作者對財新傳媒編輯部進(jìn)行參與式觀察的研究過程,指出:要考察新聞組織內(nèi)的"人",僅僅依靠文本分析、深度訪談是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,必須到編輯部現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行近距離觀察,才能深刻體會其編輯部文化,作為行動者的新聞人是如何互動的。文章還從觀察方法上探討了應(yīng)投入多少時間、如何觀察編輯部結(jié)構(gòu)特征、如何解決內(nèi)部人/外部人角色沖突等問題。最后,文章指出,作為個案研究的新聞室觀察,必須要處理好"入場與抽離""個案與共性"以及"行動與結(jié)構(gòu)"的相互關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the author's research on the participatory observation of Caixin's editorial department, and points out that it is far from enough to investigate the "people" in news organizations by relying solely on text analysis and in-depth interviews. Only through close observation on the spot of the editorial department can we deeply understand the culture of the editorial department and how the newsmen as the actors interact with each other. The paper also discusses how much time should be invested, how to observe the structural characteristics of the editorial department and how to solve the conflict between the roles of the insiders and the outsiders. Finally, the paper points out that the news room observation as a case study must deal with the interrelationship between "entry and withdrawal", "case and commonness" and "action and structure".
