【摘要】：應(yīng)急信息源呈現(xiàn)用戶需求導(dǎo)向、系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性和重要性。借鑒工程化思維和WSR系統(tǒng)方法論,對(duì)應(yīng)急信息源可信度研究范式與體系構(gòu)建過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,并提出工程化思維下應(yīng)急信息源可信度研究體系構(gòu)建WSR三維結(jié)構(gòu),從理論路線、科學(xué)知識(shí)、工具方法和應(yīng)用研究3個(gè)方面總結(jié)應(yīng)急信息源可信度研究體系。以提高應(yīng)急信息源可信度質(zhì)量,提高應(yīng)急事件管理能力,減少應(yīng)急傷害和損失,為后續(xù)研究提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:The emergency information source presents user demand orientation, system complexity and importance. Using engineering thinking and WSR system methodology for reference, this paper analyzes the research paradigm and system construction process of the credibility of emergency information sources, and puts forward that the research system of credibility of emergency information sources under engineering thinking should construct the three-dimensional structure of WSR, which is based on the theoretical route. This paper summarizes the reliability research system of emergency information source from three aspects: scientific knowledge, tool method and application research. In order to improve the credibility of emergency information sources, improve the ability of emergency management, reduce emergency injuries and losses, and provide theoretical support for the follow-up research.
