【摘要】：【目的/意義】針對出版轉(zhuǎn)制對學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)效率的影響,提出基于出版轉(zhuǎn)制的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)效率提升策略,對出版轉(zhuǎn)制環(huán)境下提升學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)效率,優(yōu)化學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)環(huán)境具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用�！痉椒�/過程】在界定學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈概念基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈概念模型和基于出版的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)模型,分析出版轉(zhuǎn)制對學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)效率的影響,從政府、出版機(jī)構(gòu)、作者和用戶四個方面提出基于出版轉(zhuǎn)制的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)效率提升策略�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈?zhǔn)侵笇W(xué)術(shù)信息人為實現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)信息流轉(zhuǎn)而形成的鏈?zhǔn)揭来骊P(guān)系。出版轉(zhuǎn)制使學(xué)術(shù)信息流轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)容多樣,部分質(zhì)量下降,速度變快,廣度縮小。為了提高學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)鏈信息流轉(zhuǎn)效率,應(yīng)發(fā)揮政府部門的引導(dǎo)監(jiān)督與支持作用、提升出版機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)營理念和競爭能力、強(qiáng)化作者的自律意識和創(chuàng)新精神、改進(jìn)信息用戶的消費觀念和擇優(yōu)方法。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] in view of the influence of publishing transformation on the efficiency of information circulation of academic ecological chain, this paper puts forward a strategy of improving the efficiency of information circulation of academic ecological chain based on publishing transformation, which can improve the efficiency of information circulation of academic ecological chain under the environment of publishing transformation. On the basis of defining the concept of academic ecological chain, the conceptual model of academic ecological chain and the information flow model of academic ecological chain based on publishing are constructed. To analyze the influence of publishing transformation on the efficiency of information flow in academic ecological chain, from the government, publishing institutions, The author and the users put forward the strategies of improving the efficiency of information flow of academic ecological chain based on publishing transformation. [results / conclusion] academic ecological chain refers to the chain dependency relationship formed by academic information person to realize academic information flow. Publishing system makes academic information flow content diverse, part of the quality decline, the speed becomes faster, the breadth shrinks. In order to improve the efficiency of information flow in the academic ecological chain, it is necessary to give play to the guiding, supervising and supporting role of government departments, to enhance the management concept and competitive ability of publishing institutions, and to strengthen the author's self-discipline and innovative spirit. Improve the information user's consumption concept and the method of choosing the best.
