【摘要】：近年來,域外英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊中比較集中地發(fā)表了一批研究"隱私悖論"問題的成果,涉及新聞傳播學(xué)、法學(xué)、情報(bào)學(xué)、信息科學(xué)等學(xué)科。通過對(duì)這些研究成果的梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),它們主要圍繞以下三個(gè)主題開展論述:"隱私悖論"的概念界定;"隱私悖論"的成因分析;網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶應(yīng)對(duì)"隱私悖論"困境的策略。這些研究成果表明,"隱私悖論"現(xiàn)象普遍存在于用戶對(duì)社交網(wǎng)站的使用之中;自我披露帶來的實(shí)際益處是造成這一悖論的主因;對(duì)這一悖論的應(yīng)對(duì)更多地需要網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶自覺主動(dòng)的隱私保護(hù)行為。"隱私悖論"現(xiàn)象說明,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,"個(gè)人信息不得非法公開"的被動(dòng)隱私含義難以成立,信息公開與否已經(jīng)不能成為判斷隱私的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)信息的主動(dòng)控制,尤其是控制誰能看到自我披露的信息已經(jīng)成為隱私含義的核心,用戶對(duì)已經(jīng)披露公開的信息依然具有合理的隱私期待。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a number of researches on "privacy paradox" have been published in overseas English academic journals, involving the subjects of news communication, law, information science, information science and so on. Through combing these research results, we find that they mainly focus on the following three themes: definition of the concept of "privacy paradox"; analysis of the causes of "privacy paradox"; strategies for network users to deal with the dilemma of "privacy paradox". These results show that the phenomenon of "privacy paradox" generally exists in the use of social networking sites by users, and the actual benefits of self-disclosure are the main cause of this paradox. The response to this paradox requires more active privacy protection on the part of network users. " The phenomenon of "privacy paradox" shows that in the network age, the passive meaning of "no illegal disclosure of personal information" is difficult to establish, and whether or not information disclosure can no longer be the standard of judging privacy. The active control of information, especially the control of who can see the self-disclosure of information, has become the core of the meaning of privacy. Users still have reasonable privacy expectations for the information that has been disclosed.
