【摘要】：今年以來,作為旅游勝地的云南麗江古城,負面事件頻發(fā),輿情危機不斷。圍繞女游客被打毀容事件,先后形成三大波輿情。目前事件正在遠去,輿情也漸趨平緩。我們在反思該案例中的輿情應對時,不可陷入"都是應對和互動惹的禍"的認識誤區(qū)。官民通過微博互動,至關重要的是要體現(xiàn)對網(wǎng)民的尊重,體現(xiàn)官對民的尊重;官微對事件的說明和解釋必須依據(jù)事實、忠于事實、還原事實;官微出了錯,立即糾正、誠懇檢討是題中應有之義,這樣才能重新贏得公眾信任。輿情應對、消除輿情危機,最根本的一條是要敬畏人民。
[Abstract]:This year, as a tourist resort, Yunnan Lijiang ancient city, frequent negative events, public opinion crisis. Around the female tourists were beaten disfigured incident, have formed three waves of public opinion. At present, the incident is far away, public opinion is gradually levelling off. When we reflect on the response of public opinion in this case, we should not fall into the misunderstanding of "dealing with and interacting with each other". Through Weibo interaction, it is essential for the officials and the people to show respect for Internet users and respect for the people by officials; the explanation and interpretation of the incident must be based on the facts, faithful to the facts, and the facts should be restored; if the officials make mistakes, they should immediately correct them. A sincere review is a proper part of the subject to regain public trust. Public opinion to deal with, eliminate public opinion crisis, the most fundamental is to fear the people.
