【摘要】：動態(tài)新聞推送的智能算法是智媒時代的產(chǎn)物。本文通過對2016美國大選期間Facebook假新聞事件的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)Facebook通過協(xié)同過濾機(jī)制,選擇性地決定民眾看到的資訊內(nèi)容,形成了過濾泡現(xiàn)象和回音室效應(yīng)。由于人工智能算法機(jī)制缺乏把關(guān),助推了假新聞的泛濫,造成"意見自由市場"的混亂。本文從信息倫理學(xué)角度出發(fā),認(rèn)為智媒時代新聞專業(yè)倫理的重建愈加迫切,應(yīng)從倫理融合、軟硬約束、公眾參與和社會制衡等方面增強(qiáng)智媒時代社交媒體的社會責(zé)任、構(gòu)建智媒體時代良好的媒介生態(tài)和信息秩序。
[Abstract]:The intelligent algorithm of dynamic news push is the product of the age of intellectual media. Based on the analysis of the fake news events during the 2016 U.S. election, it is found that Facebook selectively determines the content of information seen by the public through the cooperative filtering mechanism, which forms the phenomenon of filtering bubble and the effect of echo chamber. The lack of checks on artificial intelligence algorithms has contributed to the proliferation of false news, causing confusion in the free market of opinion. From the point of view of information ethics, this paper holds that the reconstruction of professional ethics of journalism in the era of intellectual media is becoming more and more urgent, and social responsibility of social media in the era of intellectual media should be enhanced from the aspects of ethical integration, hard and soft constraints, public participation and social checks and balances, etc. Construct good media ecology and information order in the age of intellectual media.
