【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)已成為人們工作和生活不可缺少的部分,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體作為一種新型的數(shù)字媒體,其具有互動,快速,隱蔽等特點。當前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)也逐漸成為輿論生成的策源地、輿論傳播的集散地、輿論交鋒的主陣地。網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞作為其中最大載體,其傳播力量是不容小覷的。在這些交互繁雜的情形之下,如何讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞更多釋放正能量,無疑是一道需要求解的重要課題。本論文將分四個篇章對網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞正能量傳播失范問題進行論述。通過對正能量傳播的內(nèi)涵進行闡述,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞正能量傳播失范的一些表現(xiàn),以及對產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因進行了詳細研究,最后提出有關(guān)措施及對策。目前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞正能量的傳播現(xiàn)狀是令人擔憂的。主要存在的問題有:道德失范,網(wǎng)絡(luò)黃色新聞泛濫;內(nèi)容失真,新聞價值導向性消弱;品味降低,新聞泛娛樂化嚴重;監(jiān)管失控,侵權(quán)違法行為時有發(fā)生等。因此,要科學理解網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞正能量價值,從“正能量”的要旨出發(fā),堅持社會主義核心價值觀的原則立場。作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞從業(yè)人員必須堅定政治立場,強化職業(yè)專業(yè)素養(yǎng)與社會責任感;要堅持主流價值觀,正確引導社會輿論;要增強人文關(guān)懷,積極傳播正能量;要嚴把新聞關(guān),在正面新聞中大力傳播正能量,在負面新聞中引發(fā)正能量。同時,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體還應建立有關(guān)有效機制和規(guī)章制度,加強社會責任。政府方面要進一步加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)督力度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the network, the network has become an indispensable part of people's work and life. As a new type of digital media, network media has the characteristics of interaction, speed and concealment. At present, the network has gradually become the birthplace of public opinion, the distribution center of public opinion, and the main position of public opinion exchange. Network news as one of the largest carrier, its dissemination power is not to be underestimated. Under these complicated interaction situations, how to release more positive energy from network news is undoubtedly an important problem that needs to be solved. This thesis is divided into four chapters to discuss the problem of positive energy transmission of network news. Through expounding the connotation of positive energy transmission, this paper analyzes some manifestations of positive energy transmission of network news, studies the causes of these problems in detail, and finally puts forward some relevant measures and countermeasures. At present, the network news positive energy dissemination situation is worrying. The main problems are: moral anomie, network yellow news flooding; content distortion, news value oriented decline; lower taste, news entertainment serious; out of control of supervision, infringement and illegal acts occur from time to time. Therefore, it is necessary to scientifically understand the positive energy value of network news and adhere to the principle of socialist core values from the point of view of positive energy. As network news practitioners, they must strengthen their political stand, strengthen their professional professionalism and social responsibility; adhere to the mainstream values and correctly guide public opinion; strengthen humanistic care and actively spread positive energy; and strictly press the news. Spread positive energy in positive news and cause positive energy in negative news. At the same time, network media should also establish effective mechanisms and regulations to strengthen social responsibility. The government should further strengthen network supervision.
