【摘要】：[目的/意義]深入探析國外科研數(shù)據(jù)管理研究熱點,能夠為我國科研數(shù)據(jù)管理提供更為清晰的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和更具針對性的建議。[方法/過程]通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研和文獻調(diào)研對國外科研數(shù)據(jù)管理的文獻進行概念辨析和熱點探討。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]國外科研數(shù)據(jù)管理研究熱點主要集中在數(shù)據(jù)生命周期理論和科研數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)。文章從科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策、數(shù)據(jù)生命周期理論和科研數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建3個角度提出我國開展科研數(shù)據(jù)管理活動的對策建議。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to probe into the research hot spots of scientific research data management abroad can provide a clearer development plan and more targeted suggestions for scientific research data management in China. [method / process] through network investigation and literature investigation, the concept of foreign scientific research data management literature is analyzed and discussed. [results / conclusion] the research focus of foreign research data management is mainly on data lifecycle theory and scientific data management services. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for carrying out scientific research data management activities in China from three angles: the policy of scientific research data management, the theory of data life cycle and the construction of scientific research data management service system.
