【摘要】：本研究通過(guò)分析288例醫(yī)患關(guān)系類(lèi)的新聞報(bào)道,并對(duì)沈陽(yáng)本地居民做問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,以期了解醫(yī)患類(lèi)的新聞報(bào)道構(gòu)建了怎樣的醫(yī)患關(guān)系,沈陽(yáng)市本地居民對(duì)報(bào)紙媒體醫(yī)患類(lèi)議題的基本認(rèn)知情況。第一,通過(guò)搜集到的新聞文本發(fā)現(xiàn),媒體對(duì)于醫(yī)患類(lèi)議題不能全面而平衡的呈現(xiàn),報(bào)道中的以患者形象新聞居多,糾紛沖突、事故類(lèi)的新聞報(bào)道占比極少。在報(bào)紙新聞源的統(tǒng)計(jì)中,采訪對(duì)象大多數(shù)以患者為主,醫(yī)方或者醫(yī)院方面很少涉及。導(dǎo)致醫(yī)方?jīng)]有發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì),輿論“一邊倒”的態(tài)勢(shì),致使醫(yī)生形象受損,成為新聞媒體報(bào)道中的弱勢(shì)群體。在醫(yī)患關(guān)系的報(bào)道統(tǒng)計(jì)中,通常以客觀中立的新聞為主,正面報(bào)道為輔,負(fù)面新聞?shì)^少。體裁上,新聞消息和特寫(xiě)占據(jù)主要地位。醫(yī)患關(guān)系報(bào)道成為醫(yī)療報(bào)道的重要組成部分。第二,通過(guò)對(duì)沈陽(yáng)市居民進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,得出沈陽(yáng)市居民對(duì)醫(yī)療報(bào)道的關(guān)注度較低,對(duì)“患者”“醫(yī)護(hù)工作者”的形象認(rèn)知集中在積極一面。傳媒在對(duì)醫(yī)患糾紛的發(fā)生和解決過(guò)程中起到了能動(dòng)的作用。通過(guò)將調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)錄入SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件系統(tǒng)中分析,對(duì)人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)角度與醫(yī)患關(guān)系認(rèn)知和態(tài)度進(jìn)行分析檢驗(yàn)。綜上所述,在傳播醫(yī)患關(guān)系的過(guò)程中,媒體的確起到了一定的作用和影響。沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)居民對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系報(bào)道的關(guān)注和本地區(qū)報(bào)紙的議題設(shè)置存在一定程度上的不同。本文調(diào)查了沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)居民對(duì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系報(bào)道的意見(jiàn)和認(rèn)知,對(duì)于醫(yī)患關(guān)系報(bào)道的媒介呈現(xiàn)提出了很多改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In this study, 288 cases of doctor-patient relationship news reports were analyzed, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the local residents in Shenyang, in order to understand what kind of doctor-patient relationship was built in the news reports of the doctor-patient category. The basic cognition of the local residents of Shenyang on the issues of doctors and patients in newspaper media. First, through the collection of news texts found that the media for the doctor-patient category issues can not be comprehensive and balanced presentation, the majority of the coverage of the image of patients news, disputes and conflicts, accidents category of news coverage accounts for very little. In the statistics of newspaper news sources, most of the interview subjects are patients, doctors or hospitals rarely involved. As a result, the doctors have no chance to speak, and the public opinion is "one-sided", causing the image of doctors to be damaged and becoming a weak group in news media reports. In the reporting statistics of doctor-patient relationship, the objective and neutral news is usually the main, the positive report is supplementary, and the negative news is less. Genre, news and features occupy the main position. Doctor-patient relationship report has become an important part of medical report. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey of Shenyang residents, it is concluded that Shenyang residents pay less attention to medical reports, and focus on the positive side of the image of "patients" and "health care workers". The media has played an active role in the process of occurrence and resolution of doctor-patient disputes. By input the data of the survey into the SPSS statistical software system to analyze and test the cognition and attitude of the relationship between the demographics and the doctors and patients. To sum up, in the process of communication between doctors and patients, the media did play a certain role and influence. Shenyang residents' concern about the relationship between doctors and patients is different from that of the local newspapers. This paper investigates the opinions and cognition of the residents in Shenyang on the report of doctor-patient relationship, and puts forward a lot of suggestions to improve the media presentation of the reporting on the doctor-patient relationship.
