【摘要】：本文梳理了電信改革重組的歷史脈絡(luò)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了電信改革重組與廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)融合發(fā)展的相關(guān)性和不同點(diǎn),并基于此提出廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)融合發(fā)展要把行政力量推動(dòng)放在重要位置,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作,以資本和業(yè)務(wù)為紐帶推動(dòng)融合發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:This paper combs the historical context and experience of telecom reform and reorganization, analyzes the correlation and difference between telecommunication reform reorganization and radio and television network convergence development, and based on this, proposes that the development of radio and television network convergence should put administrative power in an important position. At the same time, strengthen the market operation, with capital and business as a link to promote the integration of development perspective.
