【摘要】："新媒體焦慮"與技術(shù)焦慮一樣,均以肯定技術(shù)改變世界的積極作用為前提,渴望自由交流,又難以承受自由交流的代價(jià)。1995年的斯特拉頓案較早地呈現(xiàn)了這種"新媒體焦慮",本文試圖探索隱含其中的思想矛盾,以及人與技術(shù)的矛盾關(guān)系。文章發(fā)現(xiàn),這種焦慮伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展而蔓延,并在不同階段呈現(xiàn)出特定的偏向,但不變的是焦慮的人們始終游走于自由與控制之間,試圖尋求兩種價(jià)值的平衡,以使技術(shù)發(fā)展真正為公共利益服務(wù)。這種以人的主體價(jià)值對(duì)抗技術(shù)的自主性的努力也確實(shí)發(fā)揮了一定的作用,影響了國(guó)家的規(guī)制活動(dòng)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。但是,在人的思維為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)所籠罩的當(dāng)下,人的主體價(jià)值如何獲得抵抗技術(shù)自主性的力量依然是一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:"New Media anxiety", like technological anxiety, presupposes the positive role of technology in changing the world and aspires to free communication. The 1995 Stratton case presented this kind of "new media anxiety" earlier. This paper tries to explore the contradiction of thought implied in it and the contradiction between human and technology. It is found that this anxiety spreads along with the development of the Internet and presents a specific bias at different stages, but what remains the same is that anxious people always walk between freedom and control in an attempt to find a balance between the two values. In order to make the development of technology really for the public interest. This kind of effort to counteract the autonomy of technology with human's main body value has played a certain role, which has affected the national regulation activities and the development of the Internet industry itself. However, at a time when people's thinking is shrouded by Internet technology, it is still a question how to obtain the power of resisting the technological autonomy of human's subject value.
