【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的來臨使得信息的傳播越來越迅速,廣大網(wǎng)民作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的主體,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息的傳播中發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用。網(wǎng)民評論是網(wǎng)民個(gè)體表達(dá)各自觀點(diǎn)和意見的集合體,一方面充分體現(xiàn)出言論自由的偉大意義,一方面由于各種原因出現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力。暴力這一詞語伴隨著人類社會歷史的發(fā)展,一方面人類為了擺脫制約而使用暴力,另外一方面又不得不受到暴力的影響和控制。進(jìn)入現(xiàn)代社會以后,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科技的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件的發(fā)源地,各種類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件層出不窮。一旦一些網(wǎng)民的評論上升到對事件主體的道德審判,就容易引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力。本文選取成都女司機(jī)被打這一典型事件的網(wǎng)民評論作為研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件的角度,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力這一社會問題進(jìn)行分析解讀,研究網(wǎng)民評論的趨勢與特點(diǎn)。本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的解讀到成都女司機(jī)被打事件的回顧再到事件背后的網(wǎng)民評論分析,提出從法律制度到網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管再到網(wǎng)民自身的構(gòu)建健康網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的措施。希望通過對網(wǎng)民評論的分析研究加深對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的相關(guān)認(rèn)識。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,首先介紹了選題相關(guān)的社會背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義從而進(jìn)一步提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的問題,同時(shí)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了分析與解讀。第一章對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的定義概念從國內(nèi)和國外兩方面進(jìn)行界定。通過對成都女司機(jī)事件的回顧來進(jìn)一步加深對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的認(rèn)識,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件的特點(diǎn)與表現(xiàn)。第二章為“成都女司機(jī)”網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件的網(wǎng)民評論研究,通過在門戶網(wǎng)站上收集的網(wǎng)民評論的統(tǒng)計(jì)和整理對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力現(xiàn)象做了簡單的分析,以求更加深刻地認(rèn)識和理解網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力。第三章主要通過對“成都女司機(jī)”網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力事件中的有關(guān)網(wǎng)民評論進(jìn)行研究,對收集的網(wǎng)民評論的內(nèi)容進(jìn)一步地進(jìn)行分析與整理從而對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力產(chǎn)生的原因做簡單的剖析,為得出相關(guān)的研究結(jié)論做鋪墊。第四章主要闡述了構(gòu)建健康網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境所采取的措施,從法律制度的建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管的建設(shè)和網(wǎng)民素養(yǎng)建設(shè)三方面提出應(yīng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力的措施和主要方法。第五部分為結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet era, the spread of information is becoming more and more rapid. As the main body of Internet communication, Internet users have played an irreplaceable role in the dissemination of Internet information. Internet comment is a collection of individual netizens to express their views and opinions. On the one hand, it fully reflects the great significance of freedom of speech, on the other hand, there is network violence due to various reasons. With the development of the history of human society, the term "violence", on the one hand, human beings use violence in order to get rid of constraints, on the other hand, they have to be influenced and controlled by violence. After entering the modern society, with the development of Internet science and technology, the network platform has become the birthplace of network violence, and various types of network violence incidents emerge in endlessly. Once some netizens' comments rise to the moral trial of the subject, it is easy to trigger cyber violence. In this paper, the author chooses the netizens' comments of the typical incident of female drivers in Chengdu as the angle of studying the network violence, analyzes the social problem of the network violence, and studies the trend and characteristics of the Internet users' comments. From the interpretation of network violence to the retrospect of the incident of female driver beating in Chengdu and to the analysis of the netizens' comments behind the incident, this paper puts forward some measures from the legal system to the network supervision to the construction of a healthy network environment for the netizens themselves. I hope to deepen the understanding of Internet violence through the analysis of Internet comments. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. Firstly, it introduces the social background and practical significance of the topic, and further puts forward the problem of network violence. At the same time, it analyzes and interprets the related research of network violence. The first chapter defines the concept of cyber violence from two aspects: domestic and foreign. By reviewing the incident of female drivers in Chengdu, we can deepen our understanding of network violence, and analyze the characteristics and manifestations of network violence. The second chapter is "Chengdu female driver" online violence of Internet users comment research, through the collection of Internet users on the portal comment statistics and collation of a simple analysis of the phenomenon of network violence, In order to a deeper understanding and understanding of cyberviolence. The third chapter mainly through the "Chengdu female driver" network violence incident related netizen comment carries on the research, further carries on the analysis and the arrangement to the collection netizen comment content, thus makes the simple analysis to the network violence causes. In order to draw the relevant conclusions of the study to do the groundwork. The fourth chapter mainly expounds the measures taken to construct the healthy network environment, and puts forward the measures and main methods to deal with the network violence from three aspects: the construction of the legal system, the construction of the network supervision and the construction of the Internet users' literacy. The fifth part is the conclusion.
